I wasn’t expecting much, but we absolutely loved this hotel. It was spotless, modern, new, comfortable and there were lots of extras (snacks, breakfast and even a lei).

Great Friendly Service
This was our first stay in a Margaritaville hotel and we were impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness. Particularly the kindness of the staff. Coming past the front desk with my hands full Amber came out and offered me a hand. She remembered us each time we passed by. At breakfast the next morning Destiny brought water for our dog and treats without us asking. Elaine at breakfast brought us coffee and was very nice. Checking out, Malae was friendly and gave us water and wished us a safe trip. All of the this made us feel very welcome. We look forward to staying at a compass by Margaritaville hotel again soon.

A fun family stay!
I stayed at Margaritaville with my husband and 2 year old son on our first trip to Medford in 15 years! We were able to get a suite on the 3rd floor and we had an excellent stay! The room was spacious and calming. The beds were very comfortable. By far the best thing were the employees. We were greeted with a lei and had immediate offers from staff to take our picture together at various photo ops. There were games to play in the lobby, a drink station, anything you could need! We go to Medford more often now to see family and will definitely stay here again.

A great place for a celebration!
We were there with 3 other couples. The sister in laws were celebrating our 70th birthdays. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special. They put "70" decorations in our rooms which was a very pleasant surprise. Raelee checked us in and she was very warm and welcoming. The hotel is bright and decorated "island style". The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of food. It is one of the cleanest hotels we have visited. We highly recommend Compass Margaritaville.

Fun vibe
This was a very nice stop on our road trip. Being lovers of Jimmy Buffet, we knew we had to stop, but we were certainly surprised how much we enjoyed this hotel. 1) super clean 2) comfortable beds 3) so quiet at night. Never heard a peep! 4) great happy hour 5) fun music always playing in communal areas 6) did I mention super clean? 7) breakfast surprisingly good with a lovely lady working 8) friendly staff 9) fun vibe throughout Only con was the number of dogs in communal areas and on furniture. As someone with a dog allergy, I was put off by dogs on couches!
