Family Friendly!

My only complaint was a woman named Elky didn’t seem the friendliest. We stayed at the hotel for a tournament. I believe her language could’ve been better towards the families staying. She seemed stressed every moment of the day while families were eating and simply dining. We did not feel welcomed when she was around. We felt rushed in her presence. Indie the night staff was so sweet. She accommodated us and made us feel safe at night. She had so much energy for being able to stay awake for long periods of time. My family and I are night owls so we had plenty of chats with the night staff. Thanks again Indie! You were awesome!! We had to make the complaint about Elky with Indie and she apologized for service received and hope we are still enjoying our stay. It was amazing Indie! We just had to let someone know it just didn’t feel right. There seemed to be a staff meet up at night that was a bit too loud after the restaurant was closed. We spoke to the front desk in the morning about the noise level since our rooms were right above that area to see if we could be moved on a later date since we have a game early in the morning. Bella really helped us out in morning and had amazing energy! She was great with our kids and had a great smile! Most of the staff were very kind and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Rooms were clean and colorful. Breakfast that came with the room was amazing. I would recommend all to stay here even if just just passing through for a day. Wendy was an amazing bar tender and we can’t wait for our next visit!

Great stay and Kassidy is awesome!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, there was a self inflicted issue with our booking. Fortunately, the front desk staff member, Kassidy, is an amazing human being and provided us with excellent service. She was able to undo my mistake and make sure we felt appreciated. She went out of her way to check on us later in the evening. It is great to feel that kind of love from hotel staff. The rooms were super clean and beds comfortable. Each morning we enjoyed the free hot breakfast which was really fresh and good. We ate the restaurant both days and would recommend Joe as your server. He was extremely attentive and we had 30 plus people in our group.

A "parrot head's " dream.

A wonderful and friendly place to stay. Built last year and has a 'tropical' vibe to it with the Margaritaville theme. Rooms are well appointed, yet simple in design. Plenty of outlets and USB ports to satisfy your needs for 'juice'. Extremely friendly staff, always a hello and a smile, from the moment we walked in to check into our room. Food offerings are small, but VERY good at the 'Five o'clock somewhere' bar and grill, and daily specials are available. Great drinks and appetizers. Weekends are lively, and it has a heated pool. Our stay was great, and we greatly recommend this property. Thanks to all the staff that made our visit memorable.

Couldn't Find Fault

The Good: Check-in friendly and efficient. WiFi worked great. Bed was a little hard for us (but that's just personal taste). It was still comfortable with nice pillows. Very clean in the room and out. Came with iron/ironing board, hair dryer, fridge no freezer but no microwave (so maybe one fault). Breakfast the best we've ever received included in the room price. Never seen such selection and the scrambled eggs were real eggs. Coffee pot in room and also tea and coffee with cookies available near the lobby. Lots of parking. And whole hotel has a modern happy vibe.
