Hotel staff friendly, room clean but had a few maintenance issues, towel ring falling off wall, bathroom door trim loose at bottom about a foot hanging loose. Cooling had a big leak spot where omething above was leaking through. Breakfast was fine with adequate selection to choose from. Plenty of hot coffee and juice. Price was kinda high, but fall festival and college admission was going on so supply and demand. We were in room 333

When we checked in I requested a late check out. The staff approved and added the note to my reservation in the computer. However, an hour before check out someone keyed into my room while I was inside, despite it not being time AND the do not disturb sign on the door. I had a work call I was finishing, so I couldn’t just leave. When I did pack and go downstairs to check out, a different staff at the front desk made a passive aggressive comment to their coworker while looking at me that ‘isn’t check out at 11?’ It was stressful trying to finish my work call while someone was keying into my room, and the staff were so rude to me about it even though I had a late check out that I watched the other staff note on my reservation.

We had to come to Corvalis rather quickly for an unfortunate event. Staying at this hotel made the whole experience better for myself and my family. The staff were so friendly and honestly NEVER looked unhappy to be at work, even the servics staff. I didn't realize that breakfast was included. That being said I have stayed in hotels with "Continental" breakfast before. This particular Comfort Inn was phenomenal. They changed the menu of options daily, nothing went empty or half full, there was always someone there cleaning and smiling, and we went at various times all three mornings. Over all the hotel was great! It could use a little updating, but not anything that made the experience bad. I would return again for sure!
