The check inn experience was great the the bed was super comfortable. The only thing that really bothered me was that there was no coffee in the buffet area and they had no Plan B. Just sorry seems to be out of order. I would think you would have a backup option for the buffet area because coffee typically goes with a breakfast.

From the minute we arrived we encountered an issue. there were no available parking spaces for checking in. The closest parking was the handicap spaces which were all full. I am handicapped with severe neuropathy from my chemotherapy. When i got to the front desk, i inquired about the parking situation. The clerk informed me anyone is allowed to park in the handicap spaces for 15 minutes at a time. Because of my handicap she stated she would put me close to the elevator, on the 3rd. floor. When we got to our room, the luggage table was broken and was not useable. i called to request a new one. No luck. there wasn't another available. the room was outdated and the ceiling in the bath has mold on it. Next morning we go to check out and discover the elevator was out of service. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and how I am handicapped, I received the response, "There is nothing we can do about it." They offered no assistance in bringing down my luggage. Very difficult for a 71 year old handicapped man to carry luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Would not recommend this motel/hotel.

For this price thie Comfort Inn is the best! Free buffet breakfast, chili at night, fresh cookies at night and we haven't even gotten to the room! Clean and spacious. Fridge & microwave oh and coffee in room. I wish the towels were nicer and The beds a little firm for my desire. those are my only complaint. I slept really well

Thankfully we’re healthy 73 year olds because the elevator was inop and we were on the top floor (3rd). Other than that, we were glad to be there and the room met our expectations — Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent restaurant (Kylos) across the street, as was the beach. Pleasant staff.

Challenging elevator
Front end staff were great and accommodating. The challenges came when the elevator quit operating. This did create an unhappy experience since mobility on stairs became our issue.
