Nice and QUIET! And Comfortable -- PERFECT!
This hotel was absolutely PERFECT. Super quiet (most important to me) -- I slept really well. They even read and honored my room location request I entered when making my online reservation. Room was spacious, the cooling/heating unit was quiet, and I was able to run the fan continuously -- I like the white noise. Bed and pillows were comfortable, shower worked well and the water pressure was really good. Nice hot water! The breakfast room had plenty of tables and was quite comfortable. Bed and pillows comfortable, and everything was clean. I will choose this hotel again should I return to Klamath Falls.

Dirty beds, dirty bathrooms, low quality, pool out of order
The sheets and pillowcases and mattress protectors were filthy. The toilet and bath had hair remnants which I consider dirty, and there was actual urine and dirt on the floors and base of the toilet next to the bathtub. The phone also had an unidentified liquid lodged in the base. This room lacks the basic finishes that you would expect in mid quality chain hotels, this includes, a knob for the bathroom fan and a coffee maker not next to the toilet. The pool was out of service one of two days we stayed which was a huge selling point of the hotel. The ice maker is broken. The hotel is severely understaffed and if any of these issues were to need to be brought to the manager, the manager is only working at the hotel from midnight to 6 am. If you can- I warn you to stay elsewhere as this hotel does not stay within the Choice hotels standards and you will be disappointed. I did notify the front desk staff who was polite and helpful. None of this was within their control but unable to move my room to a clean room because hotel sold out.

Comfort Inn Klamath Falls - clean up your act
Upon check in we asked specifically about the hot tub being hot and working due to my bad back. We stated we would not want to stay if they were not in good working order. We were assured they were. The hot tub was not working at all and had not been for the past two days. When asked about this the front desk person interrupted argued and was extremely disrespectful. Manager who was on the phone refused to speak with us and hid behind the front desk staff. Our room was less than adequate. Tub wouldn’t drain. Bolt lock on door did not work. It was not clean. Et et. Hot breakfast the next morning was cold and very limited choices. Not a place I would recommend nor ever stay again. Sad.

Convenient Place to Stay
The hotel is a bit hard to see initially, it is set back off the road quite a ways. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed offered us a good nights sleep. We entered through a side door, avoided the elevator, walked right up the stairway and into our room. Being set back from the road, it was quiet, no traffic noise to keep you up. Though he initially seemed to not care, the desc clerk was helpful in getting us back on the road with the highway construction and closures on 97. Breakfast was good, with many choices for carbohydrates (cereal, waffles, fruit, pastries) and proteins (eggs, meat, yogurt, milk); the usual Continental breakfast fare.

Alaina is the best.
Alaina at the front desk was extremely helpful when we checked in and through out our stay. She went above and beyond in meeting our needs. Our room was clean and comfortable. I requested a roll in shower when I called to make this reservation with Joyce. We received an accessible room with a tub and a bench, not a roll in shower. Alaina did her best to make me comfortable in this situation. Joyce, please reserve a roll in shower when requested.
