The location of this hotel is great. However, there were many things I did not like. The check in process was very slow and the front desk staff were not very personable. The room was okay, but it is not comparable to a Hampton Inn hotel. The room smelled like it was sprayed with an air freshener. The bathroom was very small and the TV was not that big. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room is small to average size. We did not try the complimentary breakfast so I cannot give any review on that.

I wanted to say how much I enjoyed my stay at your hotel! I was greeted by a very nice lady , Taylor. She was very patient with me and explained things like how the air conditioner worked in my room. Before our conversation, I was nervous about the high AQI in Klamath Falls. She explained that the air was was not bringing in the bad air, but was recirculating the inside air. Based on this conversation I felt completely safe . I did not cancel my room and enjoyed my stay ! She was also very helpful in getting my WiFi working on my iPad! She’s definitely a “keeper”!. ☺️

Not a good stop
Disappointed… we stopped on the way to Reno for one night. Check in person was very pleasant, however when we entered the room it reeked of cigaret smoke. This is an older comfort inn . We will stop in Klamath Falls on our way back but will use another hotel

Good place for a good experience
Hotel was a little dated. However, it was very clean and quiet. The staff was great. Warm and friendly. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast had a very good selection. The only problem was the juice machine malfunctioned and served straight concentrate. However, there was milk, coffee, tea etc. along with bottled water. Safe and secure area, so no worries about our car. Lots of fast food and stores nearby. A very good place for an overall experience.
