Great location on the Oregon coast
Lovely accommodations on the ocean. The room was large and very comfortable. The bed and bedding were nice. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. They had both a shower and a tub. Early evening, we found the fire pits and chairs were perfect for viewing the sunset! Gorgeous. We ate a wonderful hot breakfast in the morning and then enjoyed a walk along the beach to checkout the sea stars, seagulls, and other interesting wildlife. Great location. Clean rooms and welcoming staff!

Book thru Coho directly
Love this place on Oregon coast. 2nd stay at this location Made giant error setting up thru Booking.com who mislead on room and view. Thank goodness for the on site Coho staff (Aurora and co.) for fixing us up quickly on arrival. Well kept clean and gorgeous views abound. We will be back. Thank you Coho!

Excellent place to stay!
Really nice room with a super comfy bed. Loved the balcony to sit on and enjoy my coffee. I had the best view! Really nice pool and hot tub. A really yummy breakfast in the morning as well. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed and will definitely stay there again next time I am in Lincoln City.

Overall, A Very Disappointing Stay
We received excellent customer service from CHAD when making our reservation by phone. He helped us in a kind and helpful way, and he made us feel like valued guests. At check-in, however, we were met by a different employee — whose gruff, unwelcoming, and cold demeanor made us feel unwelcome and as if we were just a bother. Room 38’s main living, kitchenette and bedroom areas were clean and comfortable. The very small bathroom was clean, but has a poor layout and is in serious need of updating. The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open or close. In spite of the no-smoking property policy, guests in a room directly below or next to our room smoked anyway. Our whole room filled w/ the smell of their marijuana smoke, and we had to close our balcony door. So, we couldn’t even enjoy the ocean breeze or surf sounds from our room.

Would Stay Again
This hotel's setting is magnificent. Sits on a small bluff overlooking the ocean. If you enjoy staring at the ocean often, like we do, this is a great place. Access to the beach is a very short walk away. We found the room clean and the whole place maintained well. I really liked that the front desk was staffed around the clock by vert attentive folks.
