Dirty Room rude front desk
My room was extremely dirty. The front desk morning lady was very rude and did not care the rented us a dirty room. When I informed her and showed her pictures of what my room looked like and the grossness I found, she acted like she did not care.

Stay elsewhere
This hotel is located across the street from Providence Urgent care. The hotel is worn out and in need of a major renovation. Overall cleanliness of the lobby is a two out of five. Kirkland Costco brands are sold in the lobby shop. The bathroom sink in our room did not drain. There was a sewage odor in the bathroom. The closet doors were off track. The free breakfast was nothing…broken juice machine, awful burnt sausage and stinky runny potatoes, frozen mini muffins and a broken toaster no fresh fruit or oatmeal and five mini yogurts.

Choose Another Hotel
My wife and I stayed at this hotel en route to our destination in another state. In making this reservation, I ensured that the property had an elevator in case our room was not on the first floor. Well, upon arrival, we found that the elevator was out of order and our room was on the third floor. Physically, we were unable to move our luggage up stairs. The desk clerk assisted by taking our heavier bags up the two flights of stairs. When checking out, I was told that no one was available to assist, and I had to make three round trips to struggle down the stairs. I asked the desk clerk for a discount on the room due to the elevator situation, and he said that he was not authorized to do this. I have been a Choice Hotels member for many years, and I found his response unsatisfactory. Beyond the elevator issue, this hotel needs upgrading. The carpets on stairways and in hallways are very dirty and stained and wrinkled in many spots.

Good and friendly!
Was clean upon walking in and staff was present and polite. Stayed for an amazing little breakfast buffet. Dining area was tended to and kept well stocked and clean! I enjoyed making my own little mini waffles that made it smell very good in dining area!

Not recommendable at all in Medfor Oregon
I stayed one night at that hotel with my boyfriend celebrating our anniversary. We bought a bottle of wine and I accidentally spilled some of the glass. Because that happened, they charged my card $250. In the morning the housekeeper came down to tell my boyfriend that we had ruined the sheets and in a very bad way, (since when do they complain to the guests) because of a wine stain. At the front desk they were very rude. I do not recommend that hotel. I don't think a set of sheets will cost $250.
