  To whom it may concern, I recently stayed at your motel while on a buisness trip in Lebanon (end of September beginning of October). During my stay I over heard a women talking on the phone about you (the owners) being out of town on vacation & that the folks you entrusted to watch and take care of your motel were giving them free room and board because they were homeless. They stayed there day after day until a young man of Indian nationality possibly? Came and relieved (cover) them of their duties I'm assuming like changing shifts. I noticed At this time the lady, her husband, and her dog who was staying there free left. But as soon as the young man left, the other couple you left to watch motel would come back. And the couple & their dog that were getting the free room would also reappear to get their free room. From what I gather the folks you have watching the motel understand that this isnt allowed (that its wrong) or when the young man came the couple would not have left or when he left they would not have reappeared. I really hope that the owners know that there is tons of homeless people in Lebanon.... Why this particular couple was given free room and board is beyond me. Its pretty said and I'm not impressed at all if this is the way you run your establishment. I noticed you have cameras. I hope you take the time to maybe watch them for the time you were gone, maybe even go through your register for the end of September beginning of October. Hope you find my review helpful :)

  Simple, small, old, quiet and clean

  This is an old 1950's style motel. Old but cute. We had the room closest to the street and could NOT hear any street noise. Check-in was fast and easy and the room, though not fancy or new, was clean and everything worked. I liked that we could park 5 feet from our room door. I don't know why rooms in the Albany area are so expensive but for the area this would be considered budget priced. This room should be priced at about $40/night but comes in at over $70. Keep on Peddlin'

  Staff was excellent very clean rooms for price. Very prompt service when something was needed. Always clean sheets and clean towels in room. Showers worked great all plumbing fixtures worked good. Will return for sure when Im back Lebanon. Thumbs up.

  Remodeled and Comfortable

  We stayed just before the July 4 holiday, and still received the senior discount. Remodeled room and bath.Older tv but features included coffee pot and microwave. The beds are firm and comfortable. Although the motel is located on the main road it's not too noisy. There are a few fast food restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it's a good value fpr the price.

  Very Clean

  After being told they overbooked us at Shanico Inn, the owner called me and had a room available at this Motel. That was very nice of him and shows he really cares about customer service. Like a previous poster I too was a bit skeptical because it is such a small place but the room was extremely clean. Sheets were crisp and clean. Bathroom was cleaner then some I have seen in finer Hotels. The Motel is a very budget friendly place. No frills and we were not looking for any. Room had microwave and fridge but no coffee maker which was fine with us as we were only staying the 1 night. Thanks again to owner Fred who made sure we had a place to stay as we were in town for American Legion meeting.
