Beverly Gets Five Stars
We booked a Park and Fly package at this hotel. When we checked in the manager said that we booked thru Expedia which we didn't know. We thought we had booked directly thru their reservation system. So there was some confusion but the manager Beverly handled it perfectly. She mentioned they had other customers had the same problem. So beware when calling and make sure your really dealing with Candlewood directly. The call we made was very misleading...even saying they were Candlewood but were really Expedia. The hotel is across the street from the airport so very convient. Clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful including the shuttle driver. Loved the room which has a small kitchen. Comfy beds. Good Park/Fly package includes room and 14 days of free parking. You have to pay an additional $30.00 per week. Next time we need a Medford Park/Fly it will definarely be at the Candlewood. Beverly the manager was amazing and took such good care of us regarding the mixup with the booking problems.

the best extended-stay hotel in Medford
The hotel & my room were very clean. Having a kitchen was so convenient... it was superb having a stovetop and full frig/freezer. The room temp is controlled digitally, and I was able to run the fan all night for white noise. My stay was very quiet. My room was adjacent to the elevator, and the airport tower was within view,... yet i heard NOTHING! The pillows were long and large. The sheets & bed were nice, I slept well. I would love to stay here again. Laundry machines and a WELL-stocked fitness room were available. Convenience food & toiletries were available for purchase. My kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/utensils and was FAR superior to the other extended-stay hotels in Medford. Hotel is in close driving proximity to multiple grocers and an outlet mall with shopping/dining. Breakfast is not provided, but that didn't affect me.

A plus plus
Literally the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The front desk people are amazingly nice. I'm talking every single one (and I talked to three). It's a beautiful clean room and the hotel smells great. Even the hallways are spotless. Well done.

Close to airport
Convenient stop, rooms were well equipped for long term stay. They offer long term airport parking very reasonable. No breakfast but kitchen in the room. Would stay again, liked the location and room was comfortable. Check in process fairly seemless

Decent hotel, meh service
Clean hotel with decent facilities. Service somewhat lacking. I booked on Priceline and when I arrived, they gave me the noisiest room in the place, right off the lobby and with other customers on the hotel porch just 2 feet outside my window. I immediately requested a room change and they refused to accommodate me in any other room. I had to pay another $25 in cash to get them to give me another room, since it is nearly impossible to get a refund from priceline right now. The next room I got was on the second floor butl my window is still right above the porch. Could hear people talking out there until late. And anytime someone went in or out from the porch I could hear the door slam. With that being stated the second room was fine overall. At 10:30am i called the front desk to ask about late checkout and am told none is available. I ask about extending the room another night and am told it isnt possible. At 10:55am while finishing my shower, the maid knocks on my door loudly and repeatedly. So i figure check out time must be at 11. I get out of the shower and rush to get all my stuff together and I’m down at the front desk by 1110. Then when I go to check out the lady tells me that I could’ve had the room until noon because checkout is at 12.… Umm then why is the maid pounding on the door at 11? Decent hotel, service needs improvement.
