Clean, Comfortable Room. Very Good Grab & Go Breakfast
Well maintained property that's fairly convenient to most of what you need in Eugene. The room was large and had comfortable seating options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the Grab & Go breakfast was great... lots of easy options, including fresh fruit and ice-cold water.

Don't waste your time
Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've had in a decade. The desk lady was the most unhelpful and rude lady I've experienced. More interested in her phone then helping.

Keep your expectations modest
OK, this is really an older motor inn with some fixed-up interiors. Don't expect this is some fancy, big-name chain hotel and set your expectations accordingly. It's got a great location for walking to either the university or downtown Eugene. My room was good sized, with a newer bed, a nice TV, coffee maker, fridge. Yes, the feel of the room was dated and maybe a bit ragged (the under-window heater and a/c unit), but it was a very nice and functional room. My room was to the back of the complex, so it was pretty quiet, but there was occasional road noise. There is also ample, free parking just outside the rooms. The hotel included a breakfast, which is a nice gesture, but was really very paltry. More it is just some pre-packaged foods (bagels, muffins, granola bars, fruit) they toss on the counter next to the check-in desk. Plus coffee and tea. Overally, it was a fine place to base my trip to central Oregon. It's a bit on the pricey side for what it is, but a good deal compared to other Eugene hotels if you are just looking for the basics.

Great price for the money! Basic but clean and comfortable stay in very walkable location to anyplace downtown.
Centrally located, easy to walk to everything, across the street from whole foods. The hotel is of older design but very clean and comfortable basic hotel. The prices is right! As a bonus, it has an assistive listening system at the front desk to help with check in or any questions from guests that are hard of hearing.

A Pleasant Stay in a Central Location
The Campus Inn had just what we needed for a two-night stay: breakfast, outdoor seating areas with tables, and essential amenities. The staff was cheerful and welcoming. The University of Oregon, downtown businesses, and the Amtrak station are within walking distance of this motel.
