Clean, quiet and friendly
Shiela greeted me promptly at the front desk and chose a quiet room for me. There, however, a couple of problems with the given room, object left in room during cleaning and excessive noise from a fan of some kind. (location unknown) Shiela quickly changed my room, offered to help me move, and got me taken care of.
I can’t remember the last time I paid so little for a room. I was traveling alone this time and just needed something convenient to I5. My room had a queen bed, but it was pushed up against a wall. For me it was OK, but if we had been a couple my wife would not have been happy. It was clean, the bed comfy and it’s close to quite a few eating choices. Breakfast was the normal uninspiring continental stuff, but there was fruit available. I would definitely stay again .
Surpassed My Expectations - Pleasing
We stayed for 2 wknd nights for Oregon Fair. Upon arriving and checking in the man behind counter was friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room is typical american hotel. The look and the furniture. Average appearance. But what elevated this establishment is the hospitality and the service. We didn't want our room freshened up each day so we hung the "Don't Disturb" sign but when seeing the cleaning staff they were always smiling, greeting us and indulging in short conversation. The name Campus had me a little apprehensive. Thinking it's going to be shoddy, run-down, but after reading many promising reviews it convinced me to give this place a shot. I am glad we did. We will most likely use this place again when back in town. What made this enticing as well is the close proximity to downtown. We were walking distance to many eateries, bars and the downtown bus station. That was a bonus. Parking is adequate. We didn't have any problems.
Not a Five Star hotel, but it's clean, comfortable, well located, with helpful staff. An Excellent value.
I attended a conference at University of Oregon during February 2019 and stayed at the Campus Inn & Suites. I was booking for myself and some students, and we had an excellent experience. The rooms are not as fancy as some of the more expensive hotels, but they were clean and comfortable. I had no trouble sleeping, either. This place isn't as close to the University as some more expensive hotels, but it's within walking distance and is right at the edge of downtown. There is a Whole Foods across the street, and we appreciated that convenience. The people in the office were always friendly, professional, and helpful. When making arrangements for my students and me, the office was easy to work with as I coordinated making payments through our school's business office. Check in was easy as well. You may not be staying in the grandest style, but I wouldn't hesitate to book rooms here again regardless of the reason for visiting Eugene. Good service with clean, comfortable rooms and a good location make this a hidden gem in downtown Eugene.
Look no further. Best deal.
This is a very nice accommodation. Clean, adequate rooms, friendly staff and good location. Great value for money. By far the cheapest of all the places I stayed during my holiday and one of the best!
