WORST PLACE EVER!! The place looks nothing like the pictures.. mostly dirt roads and had a sketchy entrance way.. we got into the room and you could see dirt all over the floor and was on the bed as well.. the plug in sockets all looked like they would fry my devices.. the shower had mold and gaps and the sink had hair all over it.. really bad vibes.. even my son was scared to stay there.. left within 1 minute of opening the door and they refused to refund me saying it was my issue not theirs.. they are rude.. and even talked about my toddler who is autistic... DONT STAY HERE!!

What a cute little spot! 15 minutes or so from the airport. Everything is nearby. This is clearly a family business. Not enough of these left these days! It is a no frills clean and friendly spot! I stayed in room 109 for 4 days. Upon walking in to the room and shutting the door, I noticed the fresh smell. I also observed the family doing thorough cleanings of the rooms every morning. I enjoyed a big comfortable bed, and a nice amount of space in my room. The owners always took a little time to smile, chat, or wave whenever I crossed paths with them. I almost forgot to mention the beautiful flowing river right behind the property! Very relaxing to sit at while I drink my coffee in the morning! Before you book a motel 6 or somewhere else, I would recommend giving this spot a try! :) 5/5 If I am ever back in town for work again I will be staying here again!

Amazing stay!
The hot water in the shower, the comfortable beds, not to mention a fridge and microwave in each room. It smelled of cleaning products when we first arrived. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again. Amazing night!!

Clean, Comfortable, and Affordable
Stayed at Budget Inn Bend for a quick trip and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and everything worked as expected. It’s nothing fancy, but perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, affordable place to stay. Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. Great value for the price!

Avoid this place.
Don’t stay here. Our room’s door didn't actually lock. Additionally, although we requested a non-smoking room, the room reeked of cigarette smoke.
