Hotel was dated but overall housekeeping did a good job and front desk attendant Kody was really nice and when I forgot my log in to my Best Western account she helped me find it. Breakfast was good but coffee a little watery.

The quality of my stay at Best Western Plus Rama Inn & Suites by far surpassed the other hotels of my 28 day road trip. Staff was exemplary. Hotel was extraordinarily clean. Breakfast was great. Value was top notch.

A great choice for staying in La Grande
What a great hotel! Just seems to be run really well, from the front desk check in by Misha to the breakfast which had so many good choices. Rooms are nicely up to date, parking is easy, and every thing was in good repair and very clean -- thank Housekeeping!

was charged early arrival fee of 60.00 instead of 30. still waiting for a credit or call back. checked in an hour early. seems high. breakfast was not good. rm was clean.

Clean, comfortable and quiet
The place was clean, comfortable and quiet with a good shower, but marginal towels. there was a separate living room. Decent AC/heat. Mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was decent. Gym was 2 stationary bikes, a treadmill, an elliptical and a multi-position weight machine, but no dumbbells or bench. Nice pool and hot tub. We were a large group, so they had gift snacks on check in, which was a really nice touch and the only place of 15 or so places we stayed that did something like this.
