Compared to our previous BW stays, here we found we paid more and got less. We've stayed here in the past and found it a nice place, this time we were disappointed in our reception, reservatin issues and lack of amenities

We had a good overnight stay in Redmond at the Best Western. It is well-located next to the state highway so easy access and easy to find. There are tons of restaurants around, including a Burger king right next door. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free Wifi internet worked great. Although slightly dated, the room and hotel were well looked after. The gym was basic was functional with a couple of pieces of decent quality cardio gear. The free breakfast was much better than expected – plenty of tasty options. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended to all travelers looking for a good place to stay the night.

Service was top notch, great pool and spa, and the FULL breakfast was wonderful and included eggs, sausage, potatoes, and freshly made pancakes. Rooms were clean and the bed was pretty comfortable too. We traveled here for a basketball tournament in March.

Clean
It was clean and comfortable and the lady that did the breakfast was amazing. I used the fitness center and the machine worked and was in tact which isn’t the case at other hotels. I would definitely stay again.

Cozy
Only reason it didn't get a full 5 rating is because my room had a horrid smell of cigarettes when you walked into the room. Not what I would expect for a non-smoking room. Also, the fitness center was to say the least, very lacking having only a few cardio machines and a single multi-use piece of weight training equipment. I ended up getting two days worth of a membership at a 24/7 gym within walking distance during my stay there.
