We typically stay at Best Westerns when we travel, and this one was probably the best of the Best that we have stayed at! Excellent breakfast, great amenities ... especially loved the nice workout equipment, the pool and spa. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Also enjoyed the free plug-in recharge for our hybrid vehicle. We'll definitely stay here again.

stayed for 2 nights to facilitate a visit to the amazing Crater Lake. we had a warm welcome and our room was an ok size and comfortable. Like the rest of the hotel it felt quite dated but it was clean and adequate for our 2 night stay. we asked about housekeeping and were assured it would be done, only to find on our return that it was half finished with cleaning sponge left in the sink, some bins emptied but no coffee refills. They were very apologetic but after we had chased it up, and then we had to visit reception again for the refills. the breakfast was included and pretty good, and the 8pm cookies and milk was a nice touch - but we couldn't get over how grubby the main stairs were - really shabby which detracted from the overall presentation of the hotel. the location was easy to get to but some distance from downtown Klamath Falls which meant dining options within walking distance were limited. It served its purpose on our trip and overall was comfortable, but I'd probably consider what else was available should I ever find myself there again.

Older property but run the way it should be!
An older, well maintained property - run the way a hotel should be! Almost immediate phone call to the room to make sure all was well, comfy bed, TV that did not take a master's degree to use, and a hot shower. State of the art breakfast with more selections than I think I have ever seen. This hotel is a welcome locale in a town that can be sketchy to say the least. Kudos to the staff!

Best Western it’s time for a deep clean! Although the staff is friendly and efficient this hotel is tired looking and in need of a deep clean. The carpet and tiles in the main areas are extremely dirty. The room was clean however. The breakfast was typical and plentiful.

Clean & tidy hotel
Clean, neat, and tidy hotel. Wonderful & super helpful staff. Breakfast included was very good with a full breakfast menu offerings
