An older, well maintained property - run the way a hotel should be! Almost immediate phone call to the room to make sure all was well, comfy bed, TV that did not take a master's degree to use, and a hot shower. State of the art breakfast with more selections than I think I have ever seen. This hotel is a welcome locale in a town that can be sketchy to say the least. Kudos to the staff!

Best Western it’s time for a deep clean! Although the staff is friendly and efficient this hotel is tired looking and in need of a deep clean. The carpet and tiles in the main areas are extremely dirty. The room was clean however. The breakfast was typical and plentiful.

Clean & tidy hotel
Clean, neat, and tidy hotel. Wonderful & super helpful staff. Breakfast included was very good with a full breakfast menu offerings

Great location and 5 star service!
This hotel is very conventiently located on the route to Crater Lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a list of nearby restaurants and flagged a few we could walk to. My highest accolade goes to the staff as I mistakenly left behind a gold earring. I was unable to call from Crater Lake but when we stopped on our way home the desk staff looked for the earring in the lost and found and then went to housekeeping who had found it and carefully wrapped it. This piece of jewelry hasboth sentimental and monetary value and I would like to thank the staff for locating and keeping it for me!

They work hard to make it a nice stay.
They work hard to make it a nice stay. Friendly staff. Lobby very cool with multiple taxidermized animals. Clean rooms. Cookies at night. Many choices for breakfast.
