We have stayed at this Best Western multiple times. It’s always clean and the rooms are larger than most hotels. The lobby is nicely decorated. They also have a coffee machine along with lemon ice water. The staff is so welcoming and helpful!

This is a very attractive, clean hotel, the only issue I had was a shower that would not drain. You got a voucher for breakfast with a choice of eggs meat toast and coffee or $10 off anything else on the menu. I wish I had chosen the latter but service was fast and friendly

I want to sincerely recognize the entire staff for the outstanding job you all did during my stay. From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance and management, every interaction was welcoming, professional, and genuinely thoughtful.

Great staff at BW Mill Creek Inn
I tried to reserve a room through the call center. I was quoted $207 per night, even though the website said $144 per night. I couldn't finish the reservation over the phone. So, I went to the motel to pay in person. The two people working the counter, Cynthia and Steven were so friendly and accommodating. I was told the rate for the night was $144.24. I explained how the call center was going to charge me $207. Cynthia and Steven said next time call the motel directly. Use the local number on the website of the motel where you are wanting to stay.

Best hotel i thini i ever been!!
This place was absolutely amazing I would come to salem just for this best western.free denny, pool, laundry mat, computer room, spa and sauna and the best coffee bar ever and u can customize your coffee any way u want ive never seen machine like that!!!make it strong or less strong or decaf ,anything!!! ,and free lemon and lime water,i was blown away, this hotel was made for me haha love lemon water , ,on top of free breakfast from denny you get stuff from the front like fruit and cinnamon rolls, the front desk ladies were so amazing always there to help pr anything u need and provide both the free breakfast days for denny!! And 10 percent off on food at dennys!! The maintainence is amazing keep up with everything its so nice and beautiful and kept up,the entrance look like your entering a 5 star or more hotel i can say yess!!you wont regret it!!!u need to come to place to just forget about the world come here, your hotel also has microwave and fridge and coffee keruek!!and it has all the little things u need!10/10 honestly if I can rate this over 10 I would!
