This hotel is clean, the staff we have encountered have always been friendly and ready to assist. The beds probably feel good to some but we feel like some memory foam would be better. The parking lot is well lit. There’s a Dennys in the parking lot that provides breakfast in conjunction with the hotel. Beyond that there isn’t much that we feel is safely walking distance. There’s plenty within a short driving distance as this hotel is situated nicely to drive to all parts of Salem easily. We stay here a few times a year for state business.

Good experience consistent with all Best Western Plus across the country
Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn, Salem, OR. Has the atmosphere of a swank hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious and clean room. Pretty quiet. The most comfortable bed and pillows on our entire trip. Loved the hot tub, sauna, and pool! Free breakfast at Denny's was a cold, but okay. We always stay at a Best Western Plus if available. Good value and always a consistent and good experience.

Excited to visit again
Wonderful stay. Clean, professional, and prompt service. Staff were welcoming, accommodating, and incredibly tolerant of my gaggle of goofballs (family including kids ages 4 and 17). Multiple choices for swimming and the pool was open late. Coffee kiosk was always tidy and well stocked. From the moment we arrived we had an above and beyond experience.

No acknowledgement of my member status at check-in. Website says breakfast. Breakfast is a Denny's voucher. Really? Doesn't work for people who just want grab a muffin and a juice. Completely unworkable when you have top pack up your disabled spouse just to eat. Was handed a crappy cookie wrapped in cellophane at check-in. The complimentary water in the fridge wasn't there. The halls have thin bouncy floors that creak. The facility puts beauty above customer comfort. Very aggravating after a long drive.
