Best Western Plus Salem/Mill Creek Inn

This was a newer BW Plus hotel. The rooms and facilities were clean. You received coupons for the Denny’s restaurant next door for a free breakfast or $10 off per person if you chose something different. That particular Denny’s had a bar/lounge attached. Have to ask for key at front desk to use exercise room or saunas.

Amazing Customer Service!!!

The establishment is well run. The rooms are clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. Everything was set out for me in the proper order. The staff is fantastic. Misty is AMAZING! She is personable, kind and fun. Will definitely be back.

Not what I paid for.

Reserved a 2 queen bed suite for one night. Wasn't cheap. Get in our room to find one queen bed and a couch. Front desk tells me they'll comp me a free rollaway bed. But I paid for two queen beds. My teenage son and daughter were less than thrilled with the comp! After a long day this was dissapointing! We had to go back to the front desk for sheets and blankets to make the bed as well.

Excellent Customer Service!

My stay at Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn was better than I could have imagined. From the moment I was greeted and welcomed by Misty, to the clean spacious room that I received, and everything in between. I will definitely be back and will continue to be a Best Western member.

The BEST Best Western

This was the nicest, most well appointed, quietist, cleanest and best staff friendly Best Western we have stayed in, and we almost exclusively stay at them. Most are very good but the Mill Creek Inn surpasses the others. The staff is also extremely knowledgeable about all things local. Thank you!
