Our experience was vastly different than the reviews I read before booking here. They tried to put us in room 101. Don’t accept this room. Smelled like a dog wash that didn’t get the carpet dry, right by the laundry and you can hear the conversations like they are in the room with you. Moved us to 211. Crown molding was coming off the ceiling, door frames were beat up and missing paint, caulk around the tub was pulling loose and wallpaper was peeling. The safety lock on the door appeared to have been forced open at one point and filled with some kind of putty that was breaking loose. None of the edges or corners of the room had been vacuumed in some time. Black marks on the molding indicated some kind of moisture that hadn't been addressed. Maintenance and repairs are in desperate need. We were waiting for a vehicle repair so we were leaving right at checkout time. 10 minutes before checkout, with the privacy sign on the door, received a loud knock from house keeping and as we were leaving at 11, the front desk called to make sure we were leaving. Every conversation in the hall may have as well been in the room with us and every door that slammed on our floor made our door rattle. Stay elsewhere.

The bed was lumpy and needed to be thrown away. The bed covering was rough to the touch. Breakfast was fine but I would not stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and found it to be exceptional value for money. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The standout feature was definitely the complimentary breakfast. The selection was impressive and the quality exceeded our expectations for an included meal. It was the perfect way to start each day of our trip. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the cleanliness standards and breakfast quality. We felt we got much more than we paid for. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, affordable place to stay with a great breakfast included. We'd happily return on our next visit to the area!

Good stay
Clean, nice and friendly. Had a good breakfast and close to many restaurants. Nice 24 hr pool and hot tub. Juice and coffee 24 hrs per day.

Room was dirty and shower tub did not drain during shower. Breakfast was the worst Best Western we have ever had. No selection of anything. A few cereals, no yogurts, old fruit. Coffee was from a Folgers dispenser system. Normally we get local coffee brewed in house. Normal the breakfasts have lots of options. This place was the worst.
