Going beyond what was expected

My partner is on crutches and the night crew helped carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs. the day crew.offered to carry the luggage when we checked out..the room was very clean floors we exceptually clean.The view was beautiful. we will stay again.

Great location Best staff anywhere!

Highly recommend Best Western Pier Point inn in Florence Oregon. It is in perfect location on water for beautiful views of Old Downtown Florence & bridge. Each room is well cared for and comfortable. Full breakfast is served every morning too. Best part of this experience *IMHO is the staff. Each & everyone of them go above & beyond to help. They give good tips regarding local events/activities; helpful with hotel issues *if any; welcoming in every way. They have an indoor pool; fitness center; and jacuzzi. Well worth visiting.

Great place to stay

Have stayed at this hotel several times due to business travels and will continue to come back here. Staff are very friendly, easy on easy off the main road. Views are fantastic and the breakfast is really good, especially the made to oder omelets!! Clean rooms, bath towels are clean which is always a plus

Not a place to be trusted with your credit card

I am a regular BW customer. When housekeeping staff at this BW location could not find a decor sheet in the room after we checked out, the front desk manager assumed we stole it and charged our credit card for $100. When I disputed this bogus charge, they blacklisted me. This sounds like a scam and makes this a BW location to avoid.

Always a pleasure!

We love the Pier Point in Florence, OR!! We’ve been coming here for several years and watched then weather the COVID crisis and staffing issues that came with it with grace and continued quality of service. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Views are amazing, and Florence is a perfect central location to explore the coast in both directions !
