Nicest US Best Western we've ever stayed in!
Immaculately clean room, great breakfast (omelette made to order) well staffed, friendly and polite associates. Great view from our room too! Comfy beds, adequate pillows. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Great stop in Florence
Nice stop off on our PNW trip. Great stop. Very big and comfortable rooms. Free breakfast with made to order omelets. Super friendly staff. Nice balcony with a pretty river view.

Would not return
Expected more with pictures and ratings. Kinda dirty. Stains on duvet, spiders in corner of bathroom, dirt marks on walls, and electrical outlet did not work. Ask for an upper room but there is no elevator. Lower rooms are dark and do not have much light.

Basic accommodations on the coast
We spent two nights at the Best Western Pier Point Inn during our OR/CA vacation. While somewhat dated, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the view of the river from the third floor. The made to order omelets were a nice touch, but the rest of the breakfast was underwhelming. We really enjoyed the convenient location to Old Town and its wonderful river walk restaurants. In summary, it provided basic accommodations for two nights, but could use some TLC.
