Although the room showed its age in certain areas, the room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The only negatives on the room were the toilet was very slow to flush and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. We had to take the stairs to get to our room as there was no elevator, but that was not a problem for us. Staff at the front desk were very professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. They had made to order omelettes, waffle makers, and the other standard fare for a complimentary breakfast. The omelettes were well prepared, fluffy, and delicious. It was one of the best complimentary breakfast I have had. I would definitely stay here again when I am visiting Florence, OR.

Clean, modern, cozy, and hospitable
We arrived on a very stormy night with family and our pets just a few days before Christmas, and were greeted very hospitably and professionally by Adam (thank you!). Our rooms were clean, modern, cozy, and perfect after a long drive on our road trip. The breakfast was another highlight and the view overlooking the river was chef's kiss! Thank you for a great experience. We will be back!

Excellent customer care!
Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to wake up and have an omelette waiting for me downstairs.

Great Place to stay
We stayed two nights at the Best Western Pierpoint Inn, Florence Oregon on our recent CA & OR coastal tour. It was overlooking the Siuslaw River. The restaurants, fast food places, and shopping were on the north side of the river. The hotel was nice and the employees were friendly. Our room was comfortable, clean and in good repair. It was also quite roomy, with a couch, coffee table and desk, and a nice balcony overlooking the river, bridge and city. The complementary breakfast was adequate, but did include made-to-order omelets if you so chose. I was disappointed that they did not have yogurt, half and half, or whole milk to put with my granola cereal—having only 2% milk & skim milk—with no explanation why not. Otherwise, our stay there was quite nice. The location was also convenient for our tour's activities, at the Sandland Adventures, Sea Lion Caves, and the Heceta Head Lighthouse. If you are unable to do stairs, let them know so they can situate you in a ground floor room, as there are stairs and no elevators. There were personnel available to assist with luggage if needed.
