Great location!!

The rooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is my go-to place to stay whenever I am in Eugene. The location is great too and within walking distance to the college and restaurants. A nice area to take walks on too.

Great disappointment

The river view advertised was of a backwater slough and an active construction site. The traffic noise, noisy occupants in the room above and construction activity were terrible. The only plus was the pleasant staff.

Best Western ... almost always a great stay

Last month was iced out with no power so I had to stay elsewhere. This month I'm back with Best Western New Oregon and the stay was great. I have to admit I blew in late (after 10pm - and that was no problem for the staff) and out relatively early in the morning. The only "amenity" I used was the coffee maker. But they left four (4) regular coffee pods and extra condiments which was GREAT. Usually I'm scavenging for both. It's a small thing but it was really a nice surprise.

We made the trip from Redmond to Eugene for the Jon Pardi concert. We decided to stay in a hotel afterwards and immediately called best western. They were pretty full but we were able to get a long room over looking the river. Granted it wasn’t much of a river but was really pretty! Everyone was so nice and helpful.

FRIENDLY STAFF

The location is perfect,It is right by the university and you can go get some food near by.The staff are very friendly,Very clean room and big.Good when you have a dog. There is park near by,so you can walk your dog.There is a fee of 20$ for the dog.i say that,because some place they do not charge for the dog plus good thing there is no carpet in the room.
