We stayed in room 413, and it was a lovely room. The traffic pattern area on the carpet could stand to be cleaned -- steam cleaned- it's dirty. The other item that is a SAFETY concern is the tub. It's slippery, and my husband slipped and fell. It needs some slipper grippers or something to be safe. The bed was great, pillows good, and staff friendly.

Friendly staff and clean room. Lots of parking. Comfortable bed and spacious room. There is noise from the road, but I wore earplugs. Breakfast was ok, but we went down half an hour before it finished so options were limited. Lobby bathroom needed attention. No toilet paper and unclean, but could also be down to users.

Spotlessly clean, staff first class, nice breakfast, general manager helpful
I had to stay a number of days longer than originally anticipated. Andrea Reyes and all the staff; front desk (Nicole), breakfast attendant, housekeeping, all were first class efficient and very friendly. Generally, all I need is a hot shower and a clean comfortable bed and this BW checked all boxes. Amenities like a razor that I needed when the stay extended were provided. The hotel is about a mile from the main part of the city so convenient and quiet.

Delicious full breakfast and super clean!!
This facility is exceptionally clean, from the laundry facility to the ice machine and vending area. The staff are very polite and provided excellent customer service. The full breakfast was exceptional. Thankyou very much Andrea and team for the high level of care, I hope best western knows what a great job your doing.

Best western McMinnville
Maria was excellent. She let us view a room before booking to make sure it would work for my family with special needs. Another hotel a couple miles away refused saying it was “against policy“. Maria even helped us find an extra extension cord to borrow That was needed for special needs equipment.
