Stayed one night here during a road trip. It is what you can expect for the price with added bonus of location (right across the street from the Rogue River). We had a King room which also had a nice sized refrigerator and a microwave, breakfast is available but we did not partake. One mark down would be the need to shampoo the carpet and repair/replace the ottoman in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful, would stay again.

Very comfortable and relaxing.
This is exactly what you expect from a hotel, the rooms are spacious and very clean , staff is very helpful and friendly (they will also help with luggage if you have struggle going up the stairs which is a huge plus) they have hot breakfast with lots of good choices overall our experience was 10/10 and we will be staying again! I highly recommend this place .

I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran who travels mainly in a wheelchair. We booked two months early to get a room with a sofa as I cannot sleep in a flat bed [VA provided hospital bed at home]. Checked in and found we had be "upgraded" [read price increase] to a 'special' room with a tiny little Jacuzzi tub. No sofa. When front desk was confronted on the issue they said words to the effect of 'Gee, we only have two rooms with a sofa. One is upstairs [no elevator], and the other is already booked." This is why I booked TWO months ahead! Many other issues. all negative. Management terrible. Staff very good considering what the had to work with, and for.

Nicely located, clean hotel with friendly staff and clean, pleasant rooms.
We stayed one night while on a road trip. It is a pleasant, clean hotel near the Rogue River with restaurants and Tesla Superchargers across the Depot Street Bridge nearby. The hotel staff were friendly, and our room was clean. There was a pool we didn’t have time to use, but it looked clean and a couple of people were enjoying it. There was a buffet-style breakfast with a couple hot things and some yogurt and fruit that was alright for a quick start on a road trip.

Worst experience ever
One of the worst experience I've had in a hotel in a long time. Started off on the wrong foot with the night attendant requesting we park somewhere else. It got worse from there, I asked for a pillow and was told they had none in the hotel. At 10:00 p.m. the hotel lost power. Well I understand it was caused by a car accident which is out of the hotel's control, they had no backup system which basically meant we had no electricity for the night. I require a breathing machine to sleep so I couldn't sleep. The next day I wanted to talk to someone about it and they didn't have any manager available so they took down my name. Since I stayed there it's been almost 2 weeks and I've called back every other day only to be told the manager will call me. It's ridiculous that they have not even tried to reach out.
