Spent New Years here. We got checked in quickly. Our room was bigger than expected. Disappointed that the fridge didn't work very well. Put a bucket of ice in there. The room could have used a second garbage can. Otherwise the room was great.
Awesome Customer service. Beautiful Lobby and room. Rita so amazing and getting us checked in quickly. Tori at check out was so sweet. The room was spacious and had a sitting chair. The tub was so comfortable. We had the king size tub with jets. Highly recommend for the price and service. Beds are firm.
Room was not clean and looked like blood stains on our sheets. Moved to a different room where the shower would not drain. Hallways were dirty and stained as well as the fabric on the chairs in the room. Not staying again even though our daughter lives close by!
The staff was very Helpful and friendly, Anything that I needed they either personally helped or Guided me in the right direction. Although it's small and has no elevator But the Friendly staff, the comfy Beds, the privacy, Cleanliness, and the price definitely make it worth it!
Filthy carpet, keep your shoes on!. Smells awful. Sheets thread bare with holes. Took photos as proof. If you want a decent place pass this one by. Gives Best Western a bad name. One positive thing I would like to add, staff is friendly.
