We love staying here. We feel so welcome everyone is great. Dana that works swing shift is the best . Thank u to all the staff..the breakfast is great too.thid was our second time here and we will be staying alot on the summer months. Thank you...

Dark and dingy

Walked in and immediately apparent that I did not want to stay here for three days. Staff, however, was very kind. The hotel is old, dark, sticky, and all I wanted to do was leave. The fitness room is from 1980, the breakfast room felt unsanitary. Turned out my balcony room opened to parking lot. At 3 am someone was outside our exterior door screaming profanities and I thought he was going to break in. Happy to check out and won't be back.

Great Family Experience

We live in town and needed rooms for 8 family members who were visiting from out of town. I booked the 3 rooms ahead of time and they were perfect. One room—the Meyer Suite— has a large living room with "kitchenette" and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. It allowed for our entire family to stretch out and visit. We brought in dinner from one of the many restaurants within walking distance and enjoyed eating together. This room and the other 2 we used made for an excellent evening and good night's stay. The staff were very professional and friendly, and answered all our questions at check-in. The rooms were very clean, updated and comfortable. We will definitely book future family and business guests at this hotel.

Horrible customer service

Your front desk lady was not able to even check me in for 30 minutes cause she was not able to figure out how to look up my reservation? She told me to cancel and pay for a new room but like I told her there was a no refund policy on my reservation so I was not doing that she could barely speak English and probably could not understand me neither ... So I sat there in the middle of the night tired from a long drive for over 30 minutes and finally had to call customer service to call the front desk lady and walk her thru it. Super unhappy with the customer service .... However the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good.....

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Wonderful staffe. Friendly and Professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Stayed for a night. Quiet. Easy check in and out. All amenities advertised were available and worked . Would recommend
