Wow Wow Wow--- perfect----almost but for one problem
WOW. Beautiful spotless hotel, lounge lobby with fireplace and piano, full breakfast (eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, biscuits, gravy, juice, potatoes, etc.) gorgeous gardens with waterfall and koi pond, plenty of parking, quiet, the friendliest staff I have ever encountered- in 75 years- from the housekeeping to the desk to the buffet, every person was a joy to encounter, they obviously love their jobs, must have great management. Bed was a mini heaven, we had suite with 2 tvs plenty of drawers, disabled shower (we didn't use it, but it looked great), view of the gardens, free cookies or water at check in, good a/c and heat, had neighbors, never heard them, ice, drinks machine (not on 2nd floor), located north of town just about ideal. ONE PROBLEM was the step down into the gardens. There is a normal step (lets say 6 inches down) and then the 2nd (last step) is like 10 inches down, so you take what you think is another step and find yourself falling. There is no guardrail, no warning, and I nearly fell (I am partly disabled so I was holding on to my friend and was okay, but this needs fixing.) Either add another step so they are of equal drop, or put a sign warning or put a handrail or two so people can hold on. It was the ONLY thing that was not perfect A+++ at this place. Can't praise it enough.

Literally a Perfect Hotel at Competitive Prices
For the price of a short diversion from I-5, you get an impeccable hotel that's usually reasonably priced. Rooms are clean, modern, and well-stocked. The pool must be the only year-round outdoor pool in Oregon, even in winter. It's heated, but if you're not a fan, there's an outdoor sauna to warm up in. There's a large lobby that you can hang out in (and it's lovely during Christmas). The restaurant and bar give you no reason to saunter into the city of Lebanon. Nothing about the Boulder Falls Inn should give you pause. From the staff to the large Japanese garden to the outdoor pool to the spacious parking lot, to the full breakfast...to the, well, everything, this hotel is perfect. We've stayed here many times on excursions up and down I-5 or when my son was going to U of O. It's not just a waypoint; it's a destination inn. Without reservations, I can urge you to stay here.

Oasis in Lebanon, Oregon
Excellent top notch hotel. We have family in Salem, but always double back to stay in Lebanon at your amazing hotel. From the staff to the beautiful hotel and amenities, to the restaurant, to the care and service we received. There is no finer establishment than your hotel in the Pacific Northwest. The holidays are always the best. You can tell by the staff that they love working with each other and making the accommodations and stay for their customers a great experience and memory.

Great atmosphere
It is a beautiful hotel, the garden is a great place to walk, stop and listen as the water and birds sounds are calming. the pond has large koi . Dinner in the restaurant is amazing, they have specials on drinks and food, with good portions. Breakfast in the morning has a good variety. We were attending a high school wrestling tournament which was only 20 minutes away.
