Worst place to stay and deal with!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! We did the early bird rate! Which is a trap to make you stay. We checked in, went check out the room before we grabbed our bags! Walked in the room smelled horrible. I could taste it. Called the front desk asked to change rooms. Well, my manager is here I’ll hv ask and call you back. No, we can’t do anything you did the early bird special, we CAN’T switch you rooms. Or REFUND your money. We are sorry your room smells. Tv kept going in and out of service. It says call the front desk. We did well we will have someone look at it tomorrow. We leave tomorrow. Front desk personnel hung up on us and then wouldn’t answer the phone. They have taught their personal to be somewhat rude and let you know you’re screwed. Shame on them!!! Bed is hard and chairs are hard and hurt your back to lean on. It was not cleaned properly either! Found glass on the step to get into the tub. The drawer was broken. We have picture’s and video. It was cold in the room we turned up the fireplace to like 80 and I would say it was like 68. Our friends didn’t get the room they thought they were getting either. The pictures we all saw on the website were and are way different than what you get. We all paid like $200.00 or little more and our rooms were all different in size. Showers were all different sizes too in each room. Rude rude people and management not even being concerned about the smell or cleanliness! Woke up stuffed up and uncomfortable. Left way before check out! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Spend a little more money somewhere else and maybe you will get breakfast included. Also, respect hopefully. Nothing was included. Give us your money and too bad it was a horrible experience. Shame on the owners and the personal who work there.

My honest review…
Not family friendly. no heating so it was extremely cold 24/7(so bring blankets). If you aren’t carrying things you need like a hairdryer then you’re gonna have to go buy one cause they don’t provide it. No counter space. WiFi plus cell service sucks, my phone couldn’t even connect to the WiFi let alone having 1-2 bars of cellular service The Whole time. Room was exceptionally clean. Thin walls. If you want a balcony or a view and you have kids they won’t provide you the room. Otherwise it was very close to the beach so that was a plus. But It’s the perfect place if you like the cold, close to the beach, and somewhat cheaper. So you get what you paid for really.

NOT AS FAMILY FRIENDLY AS CLAIMED
I will not be purchasing from Starfish Manor or Beachfront Manor again. In my experience, their properties are not as family-friendly as they claim. When we needed to make an adjustment, we were told that children are not allowed in certain rooms—something that was not clearly communicated at booking. They were unwilling to accommodate us, relocate us, or offer any kind of refund. There was no collaboration or willingness to find a reasonable solution. As a family, this left us feeling dismissed and unsupported. When you plan a simple getaway and end up losing money or being forced into a situation where your children can’t be accommodated, it’s incredibly disappointing and heartbreaking. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

Great place , ocean view ,, jacuzzi off the deck. (Private ) great rates ,, fireplace in room plus King size bed as well, equipped with microwave and coffee maker. No continental breakfast as far as I know? For what they offered a the prices very reasonable remodel rooms clean with bathrobe’s for hot tub

Creepy vibe
If you are looking for a place that feels like you are walking into a horror movie.. it's perfect! I opened the room door and immediately left to find better accommodation. Super strong oder, very dark, no view and just nasty. There were two parts to the hotel, a newer section and an old creepy section. Unfortunately I was booked in the later.
