I will not be purchasing from Starfish Manor or Beachfront Manor again. In my experience, their properties are not as family-friendly as they claim. When we needed to make an adjustment, we were told that children are not allowed in certain rooms—something that was not clearly communicated at booking. They were unwilling to accommodate us, relocate us, or offer any kind of refund. There was no collaboration or willingness to find a reasonable solution. As a family, this left us feeling dismissed and unsupported. When you plan a simple getaway and end up losing money or being forced into a situation where your children can’t be accommodated, it’s incredibly disappointing and heartbreaking. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

Great place , ocean view ,, jacuzzi off the deck. (Private ) great rates ,, fireplace in room plus King size bed as well, equipped with microwave and coffee maker. No continental breakfast as far as I know? For what they offered a the prices very reasonable remodel rooms clean with bathrobe’s for hot tub

Creepy vibe
If you are looking for a place that feels like you are walking into a horror movie.. it's perfect! I opened the room door and immediately left to find better accommodation. Super strong oder, very dark, no view and just nasty. There were two parts to the hotel, a newer section and an old creepy section. Unfortunately I was booked in the later.

COLD HOT TUB BAD SERVICE AND CONSTRUCTION
Bad service have been coming here for years and the hot tub was cold i understand it state requirement to drain it and refill but check in os at 4 that should have been enough time. Also they were doing construction and no where on the website did it indicate that they were going to be loud and noisy and dust and harmel chemicals. Room smelt like wet paint it was a horrible stay and I will not be coming back. The ladies in the front were kinda rude . Like I said been coming here for years and never again will I spend this kinda money on a room. NEVER!!!!

I booked a hot tub suite a month before our stay. They had a special package I purchased that was supposed to let you check in early and check out an hour later. Neither of those happened. I was told if I had read the fine print, then I would have known it was subject to occupancy and staffing. Of course I did not receive a discount for not being able to accommodate us. Or even an apology. By the way, they charge your credit card 48 hours before you arrive. I have never had a hotel do this before. Once again, they told me it was in the fine print. We paid $320 for a night in this room. It was nothing special. It looked worn and tired. The only saving grace was the wonderful out side deck with hot tub and beautiful ocean view! Not sure if it was worth $320 though? This property is 6 stories. They do not mention that there is no elevator. You enter on the 6th floor. They had us on the second floor. We were exhausted by the time we made it to our room with all our luggage. And, making back to the top was a total workout! In conclusion, the view and hot tub were great! Everything else was a disappointment. And, the staff is rude and uncaring.
