I mean, the price!
What's not to like? The rooms were large and clean. There's food and a bar on site. (My lavender cocktail was outstanding.) The large bathroom area in our room had two sinks. The website price was beyond competitive. We would definitely come again.

Older, awesome hotel
Spacious rooms--ours came with a balcony, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. Pool and hot tub as well as an onsite restaurant. Plenty of parking and easy on/off the I-5. The best part, though, and why I choose to give these folks my money? It's clean, the staff is great...and the fee for pets is a flat $25. I dislike hotels that gouge travelers with outrageous pet fees.

Lovely stay
Ashland hills hotel is in beautiful Ashland Oregon. The grounds are lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious and tidy. There is a hot tub and pool which is not heated in the winter but it’s great for doing cold plunges after a hot soak. Doing this actually got rid of my debilitating chest and back pain that I had had for over a year. The breakfast bar is upstairs and there is lots of room but if you’re not really into carbs don’t expect to find anything to eat as they only offer cereals waffles yogurt fruit and English muffins a sausage and cheese or egg and cheese. I asked if they could just make me hey sausage and egg patty but they seemed irritated and after that seemed irritated every time I was in the breakfast room. The breakfast staff was not very friendly but the rest of the stuff always was. The coffee was excellent though! There is also a weight room That doesn’t have that much going on just a lot of the same machines but overall I stay there was very nice.

Poor Service and poor policies.
I got locked in the elevator for half hour on my way to work, the hotel charged a daily fee for a crappy breakfast, and a daily fee for once a week room cleaning which I went the first two weeks of my 2 month stay without them cleaning a thing even though i called them every day about it. I had to go to a store buy my own toilet paper. They made me sign a 30 day minimum contract which other hotels with suites do not do. I had to practically beg them to honor the national government periderm lodging rate. The Luna cafe was way overpriced for a limited menu. My fridge /freezer stopped working, I contacted the front desk to get it fixed everyday for 4 days so my food went rotten and stunk the whole time and the room service did not clean out the fridge even though they cleaned the room at least two of the days. The hotel did not replace it so I checked out and found a Marriot about 10 minutes away. They refused to give me stash rewards points for my stay. The whole point of signing up as a rewords member is to get points for nights stayed. I will never stay there unless I absolutely have to. The only thing that was good was the pool and tennis courts.

Great hotel in Ashland
We spent a wonderful weekend in Ashland and stayed at the Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites. We stayed in a Premium King room with a balcony that overlooked the pool. The room was large, had a refrigerator & coffee maker. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and served on the mezzanine level. Very nice breakfast buffet with hot egg sandwiches, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, coffee, teas and juices. The fitness center was small but well equipped with elliptical, treadmill and weights. The property is located off of Hwy 5 and has beautiful views of the hills. Slept well very quiet room facing the pool.
