Another great stay!
Another great stay! My husband and I have stayed here many times over the past 15 years when we travel south to many parts of California. The rooms are large, spacious and comfortable. We prefer a ground floor that has a patio. The grounds are well kept. From the patio you can walk to the pool. This was great when our granddaughter traveled with us. The stay includes a full breakfast. Very reasonable rates too. We will return.

Great retro 70's theme Hotel!
We loved staying at this hotel on the last night of our vacation. It was the perfect ending to our week in Oregon. The staff was friendly, helpful, and good at their jobs. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was just right. The food in the cafe and the cocktails from the bar were delicious. They offer a free self-serve breakfast, but it would be nice if the cafe were open in order to buy a better breakfast. The hotel grounds and landscaping are beautiful, with flowering shrubs, trees, and well kept lawns throughout. The views of the hills to the east of Ashland are breathtaking. As seasoned travellers, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Ashland.

Great hotels can always use improvement!
The front desk staff, is excellent, well trained, courteous, and efficient! The hotel is very retro including the rooms. Rooms are large and clean, could use some renovation. The housekeeping staff could also be much quieter when engaging in their work as the hallways of most hotels reverberate their noise and causing hallways to be echo chambers. Luna restaurant has great food, pricey for a small town. Definitely a good place to stay!

Luna Restaurant was amazing! The staff very helpful and pleasant. The food was hot and delicious.
Our room was big snd bed very comfortable. I gave a 3 because housekeeping was not good. We had no cups, no coffee filters snd had keurig coffee pods for a non pod machine- did not worktop!! Lotion and hair bottles all had been used. The TV was hard to use and evening front desk person not pleasant or helpful

Good for overnighting
Recently stayed there on our travel from Seattle to San Francisco. Overall a nice hotel, spacious rooms. However, two things we didn’t like: a) our room was not properly cleaned. In fact we found hairs all over in the bathroom, b) front desk was not helpful, in fact “not polite “ even, responding even without listening what you want to say. Anyway, lets hope it was a one-off case, all-in-all good for overnighting.
