Located on Hwy 20 west of downtown, access was easy. A friendly check-in included two restaurant recommendations. Both were spot on for good food/service. A first floor pet room near the rear and a very large pet area was very clean and well appointed. The outside entrance was nice with the pet. The room was a typical smaller motel space, but had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable space that was unusually quiet all night long. Overall, the one night's cost was lower than what we had experienced for similar quality and seemed to be a good value. The free breakfast space is quite small and so we planned to eat elsewhere. All in all, for a quick overnight it was just perfect and we would stay there again if back in Burns.

Great find!
This motel chain was everything we needed for a one night stay. Clean comfortable large room. Ample space, comfortable bed, good shower, and friendly helpful staff. Can’t ask for more. Clean quiet and easy to access and close to restaurants.

Long drive, great nights sleep
I don’t think people give America’s Best Inn enough attention. The one in Burns, OR is one of the best ones I have ever been in. The room was big, perfectly clean, smelled good and the manager was so nice. The best part was the bed. It was so comfortable. If I pass through again, this is where I will be.

Helped me in a pinch!
I was supposed to stay at another hotel in town and was told there was an overbooking. I was left without a room for a week long stay. Luckily this hotel was able to help me out. The staff were so considerate and even gave me a discount. They checked on me every day, remembered my name, and were very friendly. The pool and room were clean and the air conditioner was a God send. The breakfast was okay and overall I enjoyed my stay. Best affordable hotel in Burns/Hines.

Room was clean and smelled good! Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean. Parked right outside the door. Friendly staff! Neighborhood is kinda shabby with closed stores and empty lots around motel. Good place to stay if you have to stay in Burns.
