This absolutely charming newly restored Craftsman house was impeccable. Cozy, warm, charming and spotless. Christie and her team thought of every detail. Mattress was the most comfortable we have ever slept in, shower was awesome, bedding/towels throw blankets and toiletries high quality. Outdoor space amazing with large inviting patio complete with large fire pit and sauna/cold plunge. Located a few blocks from the heart of McMinnville, it put us in a great location for visiting local wineries and enjoying the quaint town. This place would be great if traveling with couples. Check in all on line, and accommodating. Shannon the manager was present if needed and helpful. Provision closet if you forgot something, they thought of everything. Highly recommend.

Home Away from Home
Fantastic stay at this lovely boutique hotel! They thought of everything—from snacks in the room to the outdoor space out back—every detail considered for maximum comfort and enjoyment. Staff was also super responsive with communication. And it’s a great location, just two blocks walk to 3rd street with all the great shops and restaurants and tasting rooms. Highly recommended this place if you’re visiting the area!

Fave place to stay in McMinnville
Second stay at Compass, and again we loved everything about it. Close to wineries and downtown McMinnville. Clean, comfy home away from home. Delightful and thoughtful amenities. Christie and her team know what they’re doing and all recommendations for restaurants were excellent.

Great Stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Compass in McMinnville. You can tell that the hotel was designed by women because of the many thoughtful touches, from extra hooks in the bathroom to charging ports by each side of the bed. Everything was clean and in great shape and communication with the hotel was easy.

Best in McMinnville
The compass was great. One of the best places we have ever visited. Location was great the room comfortable. Christy and Shannon were so helpful. Would definitely recommend. We are hoping to return.
