The hotel is certainly beautiful and set in a lovely property, but unfortunately, in our experience, it does not provide the level of service or comfort I would expect from a five-star hotel. First of all, there is no lobby or reception area, and the property feels quite isolated. There is also no security or staff presence on site, which did not make us feel particularly safe. We also experienced problems receiving the PIN code needed for the self check-in, which made the arrival process unnecessarily stressful. At a five-star hotel, I would expect proper reception services, assistance when needed, and a greater sense of security. Another major issue was the noise. Our room was connected to another room, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could hear practically every little noise from the neighboring room — even something as small as a coin falling. Getting a good night’s sleep therefore depends largely on having very quiet and considerate neighbors. Overall, while the property itself is beautiful, the lack of traditional hotel services, security, privacy and soundproofing means that, in my opinion, it falls well short of what should be expected from a five-star hotel.

Excellent accommodations just outside of Medford
Our Chalet stay exceeded expectations, from check-in to the smallest attention to detail within the room. Care and commitment are demonstrated throughout. Things like bottled water, a small basket of assorted welcome snacks, quality towels and linens, spotless mugs and glassware tightly covered with plastic wrap, on site clubhouse bar and restaurant, and the list goes on. So far, this has been our top stay on our two week OR vacation. We don't golf but the course looks beautiful and appears to be popular. We did a leisurely day trip to Crater Lake from here and it worked well.

Best Stay and Play!
We were here for a "stay and play" golf package for a birthday weekend and let me tell you, you will NOT be disappointed!! The room at the Chalets was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning view of the golf course! Playing the course was challenging, but great fun! The staff went above and beyond to make this birthday stay perfect. They even put a few little decorations and candy in the room prior to our arrival. We had drinks at the Talon Grill after our round of golf and dinner later that evening. I cannot recommend this establishment enough!! We will definitely return!!

Family Event!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Resort at Eagle Point Golf Club Lodging A big shout out to Terri, the manager, and her team! We had an absolute blast this past weekend with family and friends. Their hospitality made the stay exceptional from beginning to end. One standout moment was how they accommodated our last-minute addition of our dog. Not only did they welcome our pet, but they even surprised us with a thoughtful dog basket complete with treats, toys, and a flashlight with pickup bags. Such a kind touch — thank you! The chalets are perfectly set up for a 2–3 day trip. Each one includes a bar with a coffee station (Keurig), an ice machine, a separate sink outside the bathroom, and a small refrigerator. Our unit had a walk-in shower and vanity sink, while our family’s chalet included a deep bathtub with a larger vanity — a nice detail depending on your preference. The bedroom was spacious with a large, comfortable king bed, plus a cozy sitting corner overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds (especially gorgeous in late September). Our walk-out patio on the first floor made traveling with a pet easy and led directly to a fire pit — perfect for cool evenings. Some reviews mentioned the chalets being small, but after living overseas for 31 years, I can say they are absolutely not small for a couple. Perhaps with several kids it might feel tighter, but honestly, kids belong outside playing anyway! Check-in was simple, and the daily housekeeping staff were professional and efficient. Everything was handled smoothly. And finally, the highlight: the restaurant. Incredible food for both dinner and breakfast (with vouchers included), paired with fantastic drinks. Amanda was a star — lightning fast, entertaining, and hilarious, keeping our whole group smiling. She truly deserves a big tip for the energy and care she brings to the experience. Bottom line: The Resort at Eagle Point Golf Club Lodging is a gem. Between the staff’s hospitality, well-equipped chalets, and the outstanding restaurant, this is a 5-star stay all around. Highly recommended!
