Perfect for us

Located in nice residential neighborhoods the villas are located on a golf course. We opted for a suite and it was perfect. The suite was beautiful and spotless with great amenities. We appreciated the snacks after a long day of driving. The restaurant is closed for renovations so instead they gave us discount vouchers for a restaurant about half a mile away. Reservations and check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. A very enjoyable stay.

Service/Maintenance

No hot water, we were there for 4 nights. Super disappointing every day I was told it was fixed. It never got resolved before we left. I contacted the manager every day with a promise it was fixed every day. disappointing.

Poor experience

Heater malfunctioned, had room service look into it with no solution. Had to leave heater off all night. Didn't want two more nights without heat cut 3 day vacation short. Asked for compensation for no heat. Was told ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful stay beginning with Terri. She was so lovely and kind. We only stayed one night, but we wished we had time for a longer stay. The room is the best we have ever stayed in with a very modern feel and beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was included and the Talon Grill was very good. We would stay here again, but longer.

Much more than a hotel room

This was our second time staying here. We found it to be very comfortable and very accommodating. We enjoyed having the extra space vs just a hotel room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning at their restaurant. The surrounding golf course, landscaping, and walking trails were very pleasant. It was a little farther out from my family’s house, but we felt it was worth the drive.
