    Rude girl at the front

Thank God I didn’t actually stay at this hotel. The couple negative experiences I had were with the very rude girl Keelie (or however you spell her name) at the front who hung up on me, refused to connect me to her manager to get more information and then told me to “have fun with that” when I told her I would be speaking to her manager. I’m pretty easy going and extremely polite. I realize the food and service industries are tough so I don’t cause problems or make waves, but while ignorance can be fixed with knowledge, rudeness is inexcusable. I definitely will NOT be staying here in the future. Train your employees to do better and not cost you future business.

Horrible room for way too much money

Holes in the wall, metal brackets were art used to hang, a thick layer of dust all over the walls that I can brush off with my hands, the bed smells oh, seriously the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in and I paid $172 to stay in it. Never again

    Front Desk- Tamara

She is SO awesome. Very accommodating and really takes care of her guests. I would love if every hotel had a front desk staff like her. Great sense of humor and she talks to you with respect and like your friends rather then another person checking in:) 5 stars for sure.

    Run down.

What I didn't like: old dirty carpet and walls in common areas, no restroom or water available in lobby while waiting for our room to be ready, was told we would get an end unit but it was not, bathroom in room smelled like urine even after I mopped it. Freezer in mini fridge-door broken off and stuffed in fridge, so much ice build up that nothing would fit. Noisy. Good: front desk staff was nice, breakfast not bad. Walking distance to nice trail system.

    Good value

We have been staying here annually for about 15 years and find it such good value for money. We always get a king suite which has a nice seating area, fridge, microwave, separate shower and jacuzzi bath, double sink and separate toilet plus hanging area for clothes and drawers. The furnishings may be a bit tired looking but it is clean and the staff are very good at putting things right if there is a problem. The rooms include breakfast which consists of fruit drinks, oatmeal or other cereals, omelette and bacon, sausage or ham, plus toast, bagel or raisin bread. Yougart is also available.
