Not clean and no sleep.
Chose this hotel based upon reviews and previous trip advisor awards. Boy were we disappointed. I don’t like to write negative reviews often. The location was not terrible. But from the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be more like a lower quality stay. This is definitely a family/pet hotel. When we entered room the walls were dirty between chocolate finger spots or dog drool splatter. The standing fam that provides the only coolness to the room caked in dust. No standard wall unit hotel cooling unit. The beds were barely sleep able with the spring coils making sounds with most movement. We had a herd of elephants above us that stomped and fell out of bed at all hours. Staffed were notified of all issues and were told they could not do anything and maybe bring us a fan. I said the least is just pop the fan back off and clean it. Nothing arrived and the noise continued. Between barking dogs and loud families this is not for relaxing or couples stays. Pay the extra and go to Coho or another location. Forgot about the opened packages for the coffee.

Fantastic value with amazing staff and location.
We stayed the weekend here and it was a great experience. The amenities, location, view, and staff were all wonderful. The front desk staff Chris and Diana were especially friendly and helpful and made the experience even better. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, comfy and the view from the balcony was an unexpected surprise for the price. Highly recommended for an amazing value stay.

Family-friendly Hotel
Family-friendly hotel that meets your needs on vacation. Breakfast bar was nice. Room was beat up and needed attention though. Beds were uncomfortable

A good place to spend a night
If you're looking for a perfect hotel keep moving. At this price point you don't expect palatial accommodations. You put up with a few inconveniences this hotel delivers an acceptable experience. Buses include a clean room, I clean bathroom, Chris sheets and pillowcases and a comfortable bed. A few minor inconveniences such as lack of air conditioning, an empty tissue box, and a somewhat dated look. Breakfast was basic but better than having just a sweet roll and a glass of orange juice. There are better hotels in this area, but at the cost of $100 a night more. Your decision.

Nice, but a bit dated. Well worth the price. Had a balcony room, so we got to hear the ocean all night. :-)
Nice staff. Very accommodating. Gave us a nice quiet room with balcony. Loved hearing the ocean and wildlife (birds, frogs, etc.). Tub was great for soaking! So deep!Breakfast was very minimal, but got what we needed. Nice Mexican restaurant next to hotel.
