We didn’t get to check into our room until 6 pm. Bathroom toiletries were just thrown on the counter. Beds very hard. TV would not work but they came and fixed it. AND didn’t realize they had not given us any shower towels until we went to take a shower. I went to the desk to request towels and she seemed shocked there were none in our room, questioned me twice. Then she said they were out of towels, having trouble keeping up. That means they were out yesterday also. Gave me hand towels for husband to dry off with since he was already in the shower when he realized there were no towels. Sub par. Would stay at Motel 6 before staying here again. Plus, the room was clean.

reservation promise not kept. Breakfast poor unless you are into biscuits and gravy. General downgraded from previous stays. Been here many times but don't think we'll return

Reservation promise was not kept. Quality and value have been downgraded
We made reservations a week in advance for a special anniversary outing and requested a specific room. We were assured that would be the case but, upon arrival we were given a different room. They said the room we requested was already taken. There was a noise about every 30 minutes during the night like someone warming their car up, and being a light sleeper, I was awake most of the night. As far as the breakfast goes, if you are into biscuits and gravy it's not too bad.. No meat, no rolls, no fruit. Sadly the quality has been downgraded to the point where Wecoma is no longer a good value. We have stayed here for years and now we do not think we'll return

January 1, 2026Monica GHotel Staff Opens Hotel Room Door
Front desk guy just randomly opens the door to our room claiming the system shows the room is empty. No knock. Just opened it. Calls us and tells us we were in the wrong room when HE was the one that checked us in and gave us the key to the room we were in. It’s as if he thought I’d say we would move, nope. He called back another time clearly trying to figure out how to fix his mistake. The walking into our room though without a knock f’ing sent me. I would never recommend anyone stay there alone for this reason. We def won’t be coming back to this place.

The staff was amazing and the location was just perfect. The pool was great for the kids and we had a very nice view of the ocean. I would definitely stay there again.
