“Superhost” Hospitality
This is my second stay at this inn and I will stay here again when I return. I traveled with my small dog and the team at Inn at 5th could not have treated us better. They prepared my room by furnishing me with a dog bed and food/water bowls. They greeted me every time I encountered them on the property. They smiled and offered help unsolicited. The rooms are clean, quiet, with nearly every amenity you need for a long weekend stay. The location is walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, coffee shops, and a Whole Foods store. It’s a safe area for evening walks. The valet parking fee is reasonable and the overall value of the cost of staying there is reasonable. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a hotel which feels like a five star “Superhost Airbnb.” Thank you team for making me and my dog Matty feel welcomed.

Great customer service isn't dead!
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly valet staff. They helped unload our bags and brought them to the room for us. Our check-in process was also very smooth, and the excellent customer service continued. I travel frequently for work and pleasure, and it seems customer service has not been what it used to be. This was NOT the case at Inn at the 5th. We did not walk through the lobby once without a hello and a smile. We had to valet our vehicle multiple times a day, and the staff was never short of exceptional. One of the valet attendants even gave us a bike route to try, which was excellent! It really put a smile on my face to see fantastic customer service again and people that seemed genuine. Our rooms were always clean and tidy. The hotel's location is ideal for walking and exploring. There were also a lot of great restaurants in the area. Marche was delicious, and the customer service was fantastic there as well. Honestly, even if the hotel was out of the way or the rooms were not perfect, I'd still go there again based on the customer service.

Ants in my 500 room just a great place
Jets in my tub didn’t work we usual love this place. Is it going down hill? We came from Florence and had a greaT evening but disappointed with the overall stay. Ants all over the bathroom floor don’t know if we would stay again

Wonderful Stay
Love Inn at the 5th. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, great amenities, centrally located. Valet staff was WONDERFUL. He was working so hard and fast. He was busy upon checkout in the morning and was moving from one customer to the next. We watched him running. Major props. Did have some trouble with the TV not working, but other than that it was great.

Nice option in Eugene that is more boutique than high rise hotel.
Great location. Tons of cute shops and restaurant choices in walking distance. We looked at the Inn versus Gordon which is a block away. Loved the balconies and boutique feel of the Inn. We were there for college visits and you could have walked to U of O, but it’s probably a 30 min walk. There is room service from the nice French restaurant next door. Hotel seemed quiet and clean. Pros: Nice staff, wine at arrival, generous room size (we had two queens), cozy fireplace, location in a nicer part of Eugene, closet space big, balcony with chairs and table. Nice lobby with complementary waters and snacks. Cons: Bathroom was a bit odd with a sort of shaded glass feel and sliding door. The door locked, but you can still see through the sides so left some privacy concerns. No fan that I could find to turn on for the bathroom so got really hot after a shower and hair dry! Wasn’t sure how to adjust the heat or AC.
