We had a wonderful stay at FivePine Lodge & Spa in Sisters, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff—especially McKenzie, John, and Yulianna. It’s rare to encounter one outstanding person during a stay, but having three people at the front desk who were all so genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming was remarkable. John went above and beyond, taking the time to give us detailed recommendations for hiking, sightseeing, and other destinations to explore during our travels. His knowledge of the area and willingness to share it made a real difference in our trip. McKenzie was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. She made us feel genuinely welcome and provided wonderful wine service. Her warmth and hospitality stood out from the moment we interacted with her. Yulianna was equally wonderful—friendly, informative, and always willing to help. We also noticed how graciously she interacted with other guests, which says a lot about the level of hospitality she provides. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary, and the staff surprised us with a personal note and champagne in our room. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and made the occasion even more special. We absolutely loved our room, especially the beautiful clawfoot tub and shower. The entire property was immaculate, peaceful, and incredibly inviting. You can tell a great deal of care goes into maintaining the lodge and creating the atmosphere. Our only critique would be breakfast. It was okay, but it didn’t quite match the exceptional quality of the rest of our experience. We personally didn’t care for the frittatas or the breads, and we would have loved a little more variety or refinement there. That said, our overall experience was fantastic. FivePine is a beautiful property, but McKenzie, John, and Yulianna are what made our stay truly memorable. They are extraordinary representatives of FivePine and the kind of people who make you want to return. Thank you for making our 10th anniversary getaway so special. We will absolutely remember this stay!

Great couples experience.
A wonderful couples getaway! This is located just outside the town of Sisters which is a very cute little town with lots of great shops and restaurants. The cabin is a quaint look but actually very spacious and has all the amenities you need. It was very quiet and the wooded area was charming. The cabin was really clean and the service was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing experience
The Cabin was amazing here, my wife and I love the giant soaking tub and the shower!! The room is very spacious and private. The staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating. We will definitely being staying here many more times!

Five Star Experience (& more)!
We loved our stay at the Five Pines. The beautiful accommodations, close proximity to restaurants and downtown, wonderful happy hours, delicious breakfasts (LOVED the scones), and can't forget the pine smell that is with you anyplace on the property. We also enjoyed having access to a large library of dvd's and watched a couple of good movies. The staff we encountered were all so friendly and helpful. We truly felt welcomed.
