Do not pay in advance, you'll get what is left over. Got everything we asked not to get. Needed ground floor, given 2nd floor and then offered 3 rd floor

We absolutely loved our stay here!! We had a great view of the ocean from our partial view room, and the balcony was so nice!! You have got to add the S'mores package, it was well worth it!! Such a good time!!

Wonderful Place!
Beautiful oceanfront without being prohibitively expensive unless there is a convention in town. The help is uniformly warm, friendly and competent, and the free breakfast room is remarkably well provisioned with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, milk, fruit juices, coffee, tea and more, all of it included in the cost of your room and kept well stocked throughout the morning, 7:00-10:30am, as I recall.

Conveniently located
Selected hotel because of location, pet friendly, and provided breakfast. Comfortable bed, gas fireplace, close to the beach and cookies provided at 6 pm. I was on the end so only had one neighbor who was quiet. The only amenities missing are a balcony and air conditioning which would be nice in the summer. Hotel also has a pool, but requires you to go outside to another building which is not convenient when weather is cool or rainy.

Great location on the beach! Daily housekeeping, warm cookies, delicious breakfast. The staff at the hotel gives outstanding service!!!
