Having stayed at the Oregon coast for decades, I am remiss to admit I WISH I had found this lovely place years ago. If you’re looking for an affordable getaway adjacent to the beach. Close to Portland, look no further. This is the best value I have ever found. Nothing fancy, mind you, but who cares as the rooms are kept pristinely clean. Ours had everything needed: a mini fridge, Coffee maker, etc., replete with a killer view of the ocean. We needed a dog-friendly room and were hoping to get a Veterans' discount. Ebb Tides provided both! The staff were friendly and reminded me to come back to the office to get some of their famous fresh-baked cookies at exactly 6:00 PM. I got there at 5:55, and half were gone. They were warm and delicious!! A bonus was the Buffet breakfast, sure they had all the continental items you find at other places; Yogurts, Fruits, juices. Ebb Tides offered scrambled eggs, tasty sausages, Biscuits with gravy, and a pancake maker. All included in the price!!! 5 stars

It's an ok hotel on the beach. The parking lot was a bit of a nightmare trying to find a spot, but Seaside is always crowded. We stayed in a room with an ocean view, but the seagrass hill made it difficult to see the beach. The kitchenette was nice to have especially the full size fridge. As a senior I would hqve wanted a safety bar in the bathtub. The location was walkable to town.

My new favorite place in Seaside.
Great location, I didn’t have an ocean view but I really wasn’t disappointed. I was right on the promenade and had sand dunes and sea grass with the ocean sounds. It was wonderful.

I enjoyed ever moment of my stay at the Ebb-Tide! The pool was great and you can't beat the view! The two rooms in the suite we requested was perfect for us because of snoring issues?

wonderful, great clean rooms, staff was great
we were met with smiles and a glad your here welcome. our room was ready so was a quick and easy check in. the room was so clean. they were very helpful when I lost the bolt to my walker, I asked for a zip tie and they found one and then the other fellow there came running out to say they found a longer one. the breakfast is really good with lots of options. this was our 3rd year there and Lord willing we will be back next year.
