The hotel was excellent what a view of the ocean. We had a room on the 3rd floor. The staff when we arrived were very helpful and courteous.The room was clean.

Overall, very good experience.
Loved the location and that I could take my dog. Beds were super comfortable. Showers were hot, and the room was clean. The breakfast did not look very appealing, though. I was sick, which might have affected how I saw it, but my son didn't devour the sausage which I took as a negative.

Don't miss this place!
The room was very clean, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The communications from the hotel were much appreciated. The online check-in and checkout were easy and flexible. Views of the ocean were spectacular. I especially like how the rooms are set up with a separate, additional bedroom apart from the main room.

Will Stay at Ebb tide again!
Fairly priced & friendly staff. I was glad to be able to check in early at 1pm. Once I arrived it was a quick and easy check in.

Location is primo. Right on the promenade, not far from the Aquarium and the Circle. Our second stay in a two queen, ocean view room on the second floor. Great view of the surf. There are two styles of this accommodation. We prefer the one that is a single room. The other style features separate bedrooms with a door to one. I would have wanted that layout when staying with children or another couple. Both have a real gas fireplace to drive out the evening chill. Rooms were clean. The exterior stairs are a bit worn but clean and serviceable. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful. There is a daily dog surcharge. It comes with a basket containing a sheet to cover one of the beds and two towels. The breakfast offerings are many. Fruit, yoghurt, bagels, biscuits and sausage gravy, fried potatoes. Scrambled eggs last year, but not this. There is a little machine that makes pancakes three at a time. Lots of parking. Pickups may have to park away from the building.
