We stayed in the 3rd street flats , self service units. Our unit, the Pearl, was clean, very quiet and perfectly appointed and very comfortable . The staff at the Atticus were helpful and responsive with a shout out to Anne and Marisa; the latter who planned a wonderful wine touring experience for us. Dinner at their restaurant , the Cyprus, was very tasty . I would highly recommend staying with the Atticus hotel.

Banger!!!
The Four Seasons Manele bay USED to be my top experience. The Atticus just crushed that. Absolutely killed it! Me ka aloha Pumehana/With my most heartfelt Aloha

Local Luxury w Prime Location to Winery’s Oregon
Luxury in a prime location McMinneville. The kindness and guidance received by calling the hotel to reserve was 5Star! Atticus was sold out but I was guided to their sister property a few blocks away and was a little concerned when I was told “not full service”. I reserved and highly recommend the 3rd Street Flats! A Prime Location with lots of free parking. The steps to the rooms might not be for everyone but the Luxury of the room is for everyone along with the linens; the kitchen equipped with local coffee and teas; comfortable chairs to relax and a dining table with a full refrigerator & sink. A nice bottle of wine placed with several chocolates; such thoughtful touches! The bathroom is generous. Completely quiet yet steps away from the Main Street with an abundance of shopping & restaurants with a market behind the Flats. The services at the Atticus are at your fingertips. For us we immersed in the local culture and found the 3rd Street Flats to be the perfect luxurious spot for our stay and a wonderful value! So grateful for their wonderful reservation team and the checkin experience, top notch! We are sure to return!

Highly recommend
Wonderful in every way! The service was excellent. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was outstanding! And my FAVORITE part was the rug in the elevator with the day of the week! The rest of our trip, we asked each other what day it was and laughed because YOU would have told us! I also fell in love with the brand of breakfast tea you serve. Sorry, we are not coffee people, as I understand your coffee was wonderful. The fireplace in our room was much appreciated, not for warmth, but for nightlight….. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Best hotel I have stayed at in years!
We travel A LOT, almost 100 days of the year both for work and personal. This hotel was beyond any other hotel I have stayed at. The bellman was lovely but not pushy, the front desk was simply delightful. The 24 hour coffee bar was amazing when we needed a bit of a jolt from overindulging in our wine tasting (: The little details is where they thrive. The door knockers on each door were lovely. The aesthetics were soothing and comfortable and every little detail was incredible. We had a real couch in our room. Not a cheap hotel couch but one that you would have in your house. To boot, when we came back our room was clean and the couch had vacuum lines on it!! They vacuumed the couch each day! That is a level of detail that I so enjoy and it creates trust for the other items were cleaned properly, even though we were staying another night. Just impeccable! The service was lovely and I want to bring my whole family next time. Also, the bikes are so much fun, we felt like a kid again!
