Beautiful, secluded, ranch and B&B
We absolutely loved this B&B. This is truly a gem of a B&B with lot of things to do and see. The rooms are huge and fully equipped with everything we needed. Unfortunately we only had one night to stay on this ranch. If we had more time we would have loved to have hiked around. To our delight we saw deer and a herd of elk pass through while were there. We ordered the dinner ahead of time and Brenda cooked a delicious fish dinner with all the fixings. We really enjoyed our time around the dinner and breakfast table with the owner and her family. Thank you for a wonderful stay Brenda,Dennis, and Hillary.

Unique, peaceful, welcoming place to stay
We stayed here for one night travelling through Oregon. We were welcomed by Brenda who showed us to our lovely room. As the ranch is in a quiet location we had booked an evening meal in advance which was cooked by Brenda who was happy for us to sit and chat in the kitchen whilst she was cooking. The meal was delicious! The surroundings here are lovely with lots of birds and wildlife to see. We were amazed by the humming birds who wer constantly on the bird feeders. We had a delicious breakfast with the family and other guests in the morning. We highly recommend this place for a welcoming relaxed stay.

Our visit to Powder Creek Ranch
My wife and I have stayed at several Farm Stays, but this one is THE BEST!! Beautiful setting on a 300+ acre farm with a variety of livestock, ponds, flowing water and many places to walk and play. It was our very first time feeding the deer. Too many great adventures to be had. Powder Creek is a must visit location. we'll be returning soon. Brenda and her wonderful family will take good care of you and yours. Thanks Brenda for a GREAT getaway.

A great visit with wonderful hosts!
Mary and I capped off a wonderful week's vacation in Oregon with a one-night stay at Powder Creek Ranch. Brenda, Bev, Dennis and Hillary made us feel right at home! The dinner and breakfast were both wonderful. The room was very tastefully decorated and exceeded our expectations in every way! Charlie and Mary

Cozy getaway immersed in nature
A cozy getaway immersed in nature. The amazing log cabin combines quaint and modern, offering both communal comfort and privacy. We stayed in the Heritage Sweet off the loft and enjoyed the comfort and beautiful view of the lakes and forest. When we arrived, we were greeted by Lily and Rory (the family dogs) who were both very gentle with my 2-year-old daughter and offered endless entertainment. Brenda is an amazing host and an exquisite cook. She made us a delicious salmon dinner when we arrived in the evening, complete with homemade apple crisp for dessert. In the morning, after filling us up with a lovely breakfast of farm-fresh eggs and home raised sausage casserole accompanied by fresh coffee, juice and fruit, she took us out to see the animals. My daughter was thrilled to feed the deer, chickens, pigs, cows and horses and was even invited to collect eggs in the evening. During the day we explored the property (river, trails and meadow), took a day trip to Pacific City and enjoyed conversing with Brenda and her family. Sunday morning, we woke up to the elk herd on the front lawn. We had another amazing breakfast and deer feeding session before saying our goodbyes. We made sure not to leave without a few dozen fresh eggs and home-made jam from the ranch. We then headed down the road to hike the 1-mile Niagara Fall trail before heading home to Salem. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back, maybe this summer to stay at the campground Brenda is adding down by the river.
