We stayed two nights in August with Mick, Michelle, their boys, and dogs Flash and Holly. Felt like we were visiting in the home of friends, especially since we were the only guests mid-week. It was a great way to visit Walla Walla since we didn't have to stay overnight in that city. Instead, just a few miles away from there, we were in an oasis of calm in a small town. The historic home is beautiful, well cared for, and on a quiet side street. We enjoyed an afternoon on the front porch where it was easy to relax and unwind. Oh, and yes! Breakfast each morning was yummy!
This is the absolute best place to stay! Incredible host (you cannot ask for better innkeepers) and the room was spectacular! Immaculate, comfortable (just like home), and amazing grounds. The attached bathroom was great too, better shower head than at home! No hesitation to recommend, I will definitely be staying here again!
We stayed here in the early summer for three days with our daughter. Mick and Michelle were excellent hosts. Michelle makes a delicious breakfast and their two dogs were great companions on walks throughout the neighborhood (at our request, of course). We had accidentally left our phone charger plugged into the wall upon our departure. Michelle went above and beyond and sent it to us the next day. Next time we are in the area, we will be staying at the Nine Trees Inn. Thank you Michelle and Mick!
It can be rough finding a place to stay in a smaller town, and I found a diamond! For three evenings I was spoiled rotten in this lovely, well maintained home and met the most wonderful family. My room was large and had a private bathroom; it was air conditioned although the evening breeze became my preference. I slept like a baby, so comfortable and quiet. Everything was so clean! I requested no breakfast due to my personal schedule but Michelle, knowing I was a coffee drinker, had my brew fresh and waiting each morning as I returned from my morning walk. I was gone during the days and returned late at night which was no problem as lights were left on and I had full access. I was taking my mom to her doctor appointments in Walla Walla and this was very convenient since mom lives in Milton-Freewater. I am so thankful to have found such a perfect place for all my future visits.
We stayed two nights at Nine Trees Inn during our wine tasting trip to the Walla Walla valley. Mick and Michelle are wonderful and made us feel right at home in their beautifully restored craftsman era home. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful on both mornings, and we enjoyed conversing with the hosts and other guests during breakfast. We had a really good nights sleep, as the inn is located on a quiet street several blocks from the main road through town. The room we stayed in was a little small, but there are other rooms at the inn that are larger. The shower in the bathroom attached to our room was spacious and had very good water pressure. We recommend this accommodation.
