The Newport Belle B&B is already a unique place, but the reason the stay stood out was Brandon. He runs the inn with a level of calm, steady competence that you notice right away. Nothing feels rushed. Nothing feels forced. He has that rare mix of being personable, attentive, and completely natural about it. You can tell he takes pride in the place without ever making it about himself. Brandon set the tone for the entire stay. He made check in easy. He offered good recommendations without trying to sell anything. He checked in at the right moments and then gave space when it was needed. It felt like staying with someone who understands hospitality as a craft instead of a script. Frost and Lida followed his lead. They were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. They backed up everything Brandon set in motion. The three of them created an atmosphere that felt warm and relaxed in a way that is hard to fake. The rooms were clean. The breakfasts were solid. The setting was peaceful. All of that mattered, but the staff made the stay memorable. It was good enough that we decided to stay an additional night without hesitation. If you want a place where the experience is shaped by people who actually care about the work, the Newport Belle B&B is worth your time. I would return without a second thought.

Beautiful view of the Newport Bridge
This was a wonderful experience Hubby surprised me with a Christmas present. Booked it for March. Brandon and Frost were welcoming and great company during our social hours.

Unique experience, would stay here again. Highly recommend.
We stayed 3 nights on the Newport Belle Riverboat Bed & Breakfast in July 2025 while traveling along the Oregon coast. We were welcomed aboard by Paige (the owner) and Brandon (the manager). Our cabin was on the upper deck, where we had a wonderful view of the marina and bridge. The room was charming with its nautical theme. Everything onboard is decorated with a nautical theme and you can tell a lot of thought went into the designs. There is a main level common area where guest can relax, with chairs and couches available. Here you can have the included breakfast and enjoy the nightly happy hour offered by the Belle. The breakfasts were very good, with both a sweet and a savory option, varying daily. We enjoyed chatting with other guests during the happy hour. Brandon was very nice and was able to let us know of local sites and recommend restaurants. Should we ever be in the area in the future, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Hospitality at its finest! Highly recommend.

Great get away
This our third trip to the Newport Belle, it is always a pleasure, the rooms are very comfortable, the food is excellent, Brandon the manager is very personable and a pleasure to visit with. We will be back for sure.

Lovely location
This is a second visit and did not disappoint. The rooms are very comfortable, note they do basically only have the bed but it was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. Bathroom is nice and surprisingly water pressure amazing for the shower. The breakfast was excellent. Meet and greet happy hour very nice. Brandon is an excellent addition to the staff and so personable and responsive. Allie helping in the morning at breakfast was very personable too. I can safely say we will visit again.
