Priced Affordable and Great Location
I stayed in the Cabernet room. Nice and pretty clean. I really liked the owner! The inside of the room is Done in vintage Western Decor. It was Very quiet for a 4th of July stay, bc I was escaping noise of fireworks for health reasons. The Inn is a very Convenient location to Grants Pass or Cave Junction. The room has an excellent portable air conditioner and heater, if needed. The Inn has a pet fee but it’s half the rate of most motel/hotels. The room had ants and an earwig on the floor in the room, which got into my dog’s bowel. The bathroom area had No hair dryer and I didn’t pack one. The shower water, oscillated between cold to hot every minute or two with no set temperature. The room had no landline phone, in case of power outage. No breakfast. But the Area has lots of local restraunts. The room does have supplied clean towels, soap, shampoo and hair conditioner. Extra amenities were an alarm clock, a roll of paper towels, dish liquid and a new sponge, coffee pot and supplied coffee, tea with cups, a huge dresser and small table wth 2 chairs. But No snack, drink or ice machines. Smoking is allowed outside of the room but there are No ash trays, outside of the rooms. The outside trash receptacle is far from the rooms as you drive in for pet waste. There is no designated pet or smoking area. The owner allows full use of grassy areas for pets on a leash. There is even a chair with a covered porch next to the door. The room does have a refrigerator, microwave, an excellent TV, and cell phone reception with WiFi. The room has No safety bar or seat in the shower, which, I use at my age. There is a small Market next door, but it has minimal supplies, I ended up having to go to Cave Junction for the things I needed. For the price it was ok for one night. Locally, on Hwy 199, there is no better option IMO.

Great little place
Looking for a one night stay after leaving Crater Lake, on way to the coast. Grants Pass just not convenient. Decided to stop and look at KI from its parking lot. Was a bit apprehensive as it is unstaffed and a note on office door gives a phone number to call. After a little debate, we decided to go for it. Am glad we did. Person that answered phone made it easy. Gave a code for lock box next to room. Room was great. Very clean. Coffee station was perfect. Good wifi…..and again, very clean. If questioning it, don’t. Give it a shot.

Great Stay, Great Place
We had a wonderful experience at Kerbyville Inn. The room we had was huge, the bathroom was clean, large, and newly updated. I want to bring my family back to visit in the summertime. There seems to be a lot of things to do in this area.

Unsecure check in process
Booked our stay through Airbnb. Paid online IN FULL through the Airbnb website prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, host insisted we fill out a complete information form with name address, phone, PLUS credit card number, expiration date, and security code. They hand wrote this info on a paper form and when I questioned the security of that, they told me it would "locked in the owners office." At that point it was late at night and I had no where else to stay in this tiny town. I have since contacted Airbnb who have told me that is strictly against their policy and I should cancel my credit card and get a new number. What a pain. The room itself was about a 2 star, clean but incredibly outdated and smelly ... but that is the least of my complaints.
