As you approach along a graceful drive through vineyards you’ll encounter breathtaking views around each bend. It’s apparent at first glance that this is a heritage site built in the grand style of another century, a place like no other. But you won’t fully appreciate Hummingbird Estate until you experience its all new identity as a wine destination with the ultimate in luxurious, modern amenities. Located just outside Jacksonville, Hummingbird Estate is at the hub of the Rogue Valley wine scene and the gateway to the Applegate. Surrounded by more vineyards and wineries than you could possibly explore on one day’s outing, you’ll want to overnight in one of Hummingbird Estate’s generously appointed guest suites, each with sitting room and private bath.

Beautiful B&B with gorgeous views and beautiful rooms.
Beautiful B&B with romantic, large rooms full of character with attention to detail. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was gorgeous. We definitely will be back to enjoy this location and think it could be a perfect spot to rent out all of the rooms and have a big birthday celebration with friends and family.

Beautiful and serene setting! Highly recommend
We were driving from Crater Lake NP to Lassen volcano NP and decided to stay at this winery. It was absolutely amazing and beautiful. Such a peaceful and serene setting. The grounds are so well maintained. The hummingbirds were all around!!

We have already recommended this place to others!
I hesitate to rave about this Inn for fear it will become too popular and we won't be able to get a reservation next time. :) We needed a place at the last minute during a road trip and booked this without knowing anything about it except the location. What a fabulous surprise! The views were expansive, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was delicious--and it is a winery and a brewery, too. We enjoyed a wine flight when we arrived and tried the beer, too. (My personal preference is beer and I loved it.) A lovely Inn with an interesting history.

Great Spot!!!!
We were in town for my niece’s wedding and found this little gem on Trip Advisor. The reviews are spot on. This is a nice, comfy, clean B&B and the grounds/views are lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast each morning was delicious!!! The staff is very helpful, as well. We were in the Sequoia Suite which was great b/c it has an extra sitting area. FYI—It is an old home so you can hear pretty much everything that is going on downstairs and in the other rooms. They have wine tastings/apps in the afternoons, which is also open to the public, but it was not crowded and did not bother us at all! In fact, the wine was great!!! There is a really nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy the wine and the views. There is also a pickle ball court! We were there on a Friday night and they had live music. We had just arrived that day and, due to the time difference for us, we went to bed at 9:30 pm and the downstairs area was still going strong. I always travel with earplugs so it was no problem for me. My daughter just put on headphones and went to sleep, as well. It definitely did not go late night, but just a note that you might want to pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper or like to go to bed early. If I am ever back in this area again, I will definitely stay here! Highly recommend!!!!

Enchanting
This experience was more than just a B&B. I had an amazing wine tasting while watching the sun set, and had breakfast at sunrise. My room was beautiful, so much space. The people were kind and helpful. The food was great (I had a charcuterie board). I enjoyed exploring the grounds.
