This is a lovely and well appointed Bed and Breakfast set in a peaceful and quaint woodsy area. We saw deer and chickens and cows and enjoyed listening to a myriad of birds each day. Our bed was comfy and the room had space for luggage and pets for charging tech. The bathroom in the Conleycott room was very generous and even had a vanity for sitting to do makeup. Towels were plush and the hot tub towels huge and like new. Eve robes if you needed to wear outside your room and slip ons to borrow for walking to the hot tub. We headed to crater lake and also took in Tekowee Falls. We also enjoyed walking the grounds and playing Bocci ball! I think our favorite unexpected activity was picking black berries along Melton Road each morning and evening for exercise. Delicious breakfast! Always included eggs, a sweet entree and fruit, coffee and juice. Even provided decaf for me. I loved the lemon ricotta pancakes! Water is available but a little tricky if you want to carry it around as they use all glass bottles. I love glass but didn’t feel comfortable taking it everywhere and wasn’t sure how to refill. ( I’d give 5 stars but missed some of the homemade baked goods we used to get here.) Definitely a favorite place to go!

A ten-minute ride outside of Roseburg through the beautiful countryside is a build-up of what you will encounter at the Bailey B&B. The home speaks for itself with a beauty and charm that the gracious proprietor Genelle shows upon arrival to the time to check-out. The rooms were clean and cozy making our stay the three nights we were there an experience to remember as a fond memory. At night we were able to sleep with the windows open enjoying only the sound of the crickets. As the saying goes you get what you pay for and this is definitely worth the value. The time we spent on the porch enjoying our gourmet breakfast or during the evening as the sun set with a bottle of wine and a delicious charcuterie a definite must to make the stay complete. We noticed the charging station for the e-vehicles was a nice touch along with a hot tub to soak in after a day of hiking. This said we will definitely make this a return stopping point when revisiting Roseburg. Paul / Debbie

Top Notch Bed and Breakfast
This is a little out of the way but 100% worth it. The rooms and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. They had charging available for our electric vehicle. So many nice special touches, like a glass of wine sitting outside from a local winery, local chocolates in our room, hearty breakfast in the morning. If you want to feel spoiled at a reasonable price, stay here!

The Bailey House is beautiful
We had a great experience at the Bailey house. Very comfortable and clean room spacious room with a full kitchen. Being in the country side makes it quiet, peaceful and quite homely. We enjoyed the natural beauty around the house, much better than being in a hotel room. Host is friendly and serves delicious breakfast. A hot tub outside the room makes your long day very relaxing. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others! Price is reasonable too.

Charming cottage core B&B
Our first time staying in a B&B and it was perfect! We chose this on a whim for close proximity to Roseburg and the waterfall highway. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Upon arrival you're treated with either a glass of wine or a pint of beer from the barn, which has a beer keg (my husband loved it). The backyard has a bocce court and an area where you can play horseshoe and a nice hammock to relax under the stars. The house itself was spacious and our room had an extremely comfy bed. The breakfast was phenomenal and better than the last each time. The hostess was such a sweetheart and was able to accommodate us for another with our dog. Will definitely be back!
