From Start to Finish awesome experience. The new owner has kept the Bailey House, the Bailey House. We will always stay here on a road trip or 2 nights of relaxation. The grounds, the living room, the sleeping room all were awesome. The breakfast and the wine for dinner were the finishing touch on a really nice relaxing stay. If you have not been, go and if you have been, return. Thanks for answering all my questions some of which you have never heard..We pray for your best and we shall see you next time. Fred and Elise

Awesome peaceful stay
Location was amazing gorgeous. Made me want to quit my job and become a farmer or something it was so peaceful. I then realized farming is much harder. Atmosphere was great it was cozy without being intruding in any way. Rooms were cozy and decorated nicely the views were great. Value was great, I expected a lot less for what we payed. The breakfast alone was worth it. Cleanliness rooms were very clean Noise level was great there was nice background noise, woke up to birds chirping and cows mooing in the distance. 10/10 Service was great we were offered a complimentary wine when we arrived and owner was so nice and accommodating. Amenities awesome. Hot tub was clean there is also the sweetest dog which the owner put away on request of other patrons.

Fabulous
The Bailey House has been a favorite of ours, and the new owners have stepped it up even higher. All needs seem to be anticipated. Delicious breakfasts, luxury towels and bedding, gracious decor, comfortable beds, beautiful grounds, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I cannot think of a single shortcoming or negative. It's a perfect location to visit the Umpqua Valley wineries and simply Relax! We will return.

Business Trip
If you have to stay in Roseburg, this is the place to stay. AJ will feed you breakfast like a king. I cant wait to return and stay here.
