Wonderful Stay
We pulled up to The Black Walnut which was amazing, the drive up and view was breathtaking. The wine tasting was good. The Cellar was a great place to unwind in the afternoon with cocktails and food. I have to say the menu was small but the food was amazing. Breakfast was included and amazing as well. There were a few different types of rooms so make sure you check out on line what your looking for in a view. Nick the manager was always available to chat. We had a wonderful anniversary at the Black Walnut.

Beautiful location but geared towards weddings
The venue is incredible and dinner at the Anthology was a treat. A little feedback: 1. we booked a massage through the concierge however, there was a concern that we wanted a late checkout to accommodate the massage. My thoughts are you should not allow in room massages if an hour extension of check out is a stretch. 2. One of the folks in our party wanted a cappuccino to take back to his room but was told he had to sit down if he wanted more than black coffee. 3. In the morning before the breakfast opened the water in the hall was not refilled and the only option for coffee was a tea bag. The stay started off great when we drove in but by check out I question the value for the price. All of us felt as though the incoming wedding party was the focus of your staff.

Wonderful and cozy winery
We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The atmosphere was beautiful, the room was very clean, and the overall environment felt relaxing and welcoming. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely happy, which made a big difference in our experience. We especially appreciated your flexibility during check-in. Although the hotel typically has a policy of not hosting guests under the age of 21, your team kindly made an exception to accommodate our child and let us stay. We are truly grateful for your understanding and kindness. It’s a pity that due to our schedule, we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the wine tasting experience, but we would love to try it next time.

Beautiful property with incredible food.
We stayed in the Grange portion of the property and the room (Jory) had incredible views of my Hood from both the living room and the bedroom. The highlight of the trip was the dining experience at Anthology. It was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had and made the trip truly memorable. I HIGHLY recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.
