Pleasantly surprised

I'm pleasantly surprised. It is an older one level park at the door hotel that has been updated inside. Very clean. The location is fantastic, and it is walkable to downtown. Room has everything you need except a dedicated open plug for phone charger. Desk rep stated, breakfast, grab & go served in small office starting at 7am. Felt safe.

This could be an option

Very convenient Dwtn/U of O location in a well renovated, clean motel. At door parking, good wi fi, quiet, good water pressure, cable TV and safe. Very impressed with bathroom cleanliness, and appreciated the daily servicing of my room. Not cheap but I stayed 3 nights for $50/night less than Best Western, Comfort Inn, or Hampton Inn. Free (excellent) morning coffee, no breakfast which is fine as I tire of the same budget/luxury motel breakfast. Lots of good restaurants nearby. I left without any complaints which is unusual for me.

Done supporting this motel.

This motel is handy because it’s all one level, easy to load into and leave. But don’t expect them to be happy to see you. The woman currently at the desk will be very put out to check you in. There are NO frills, but I expect at least a friendly greeting and a thank you for spending my money there. I’m going to find a new place to support with my monthly business visits in Eugene.

Spacious

Stayed for a quick visit to my daughter. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly. One reason I chose this establishment was that a previous review mentioned that the heat/cooling system was quiet. This was not true for my room. It was cold while I visited, thus the unit cycled on frequently and I had to choose between the room being cold or quiet. Also, the heat did not reach back into the bathroom area.

Very clean and neat, everything works.

Very polite, helpful and courteous staff. Very clean room and bath with very comfortable bed and good shower. Not the Ritz-Carlton but more than adequate. Would recommend to my family and friends. Also - pet friendly - a big plus.
