This motel is handy because it’s all one level, easy to load into and leave. But don’t expect them to be happy to see you. The woman currently at the desk will be very put out to check you in. There are NO frills, but I expect at least a friendly greeting and a thank you for spending my money there. I’m going to find a new place to support with my monthly business visits in Eugene.

Spacious

Stayed for a quick visit to my daughter. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly. One reason I chose this establishment was that a previous review mentioned that the heat/cooling system was quiet. This was not true for my room. It was cold while I visited, thus the unit cycled on frequently and I had to choose between the room being cold or quiet. Also, the heat did not reach back into the bathroom area.

Very clean and neat, everything works.

Very polite, helpful and courteous staff. Very clean room and bath with very comfortable bed and good shower. Not the Ritz-Carlton but more than adequate. Would recommend to my family and friends. Also - pet friendly - a big plus.

Close to Hult Center

Exterior of hotel well-maintained and inviting. Room was adequate. Didn’t feel super clean (stains on top sheet, carpet dingy). But it was okay. Bed not super comfortable. I would stay here again to attend Hult Center.

Dark, Dingy and Dank motel

If you like a dark, dingy, dank and dated motel this is for you. The rooms need updating desperately; the closet was miniscule for 2 people staying for 10 days; the air conditioner was broken on arrival as was the safe. It took many hours to cool the room in an effort to rid the mildewy smell that never left. A tiny sink top accommodated minimal toiletries for only 1 person. Towels were replaced when requested but often wash cloths and full bath towels were eliminated. The room was never cleaned or vacuumed during our entire 10 day stay. The beds were made daily but sheets were changed intermittently. The toilet had a ring around it and needed cleaning. The internet was unreliable and frustrating, apparently its capacity was not adequate for the number of rooms occupied. A breakfast room was promised to our group but on the first day the only breakfast items and coffee available were in a dark corner of the front office. On day 2, a larger room was opened with some breakfast items. Satisfactory, but hardly what was promised. Most people in the hotel had similar commentaries and we pledged never to return to Courtesy Inn, a dark, dingy, dank, dated motel. On a positive note, the location was good, but that was it. Never again!!
