We were on a five day lower Salmon River trip. The guides were highly professional, very knowledgeable, thoughtful of individual needs and genuinely enthusiastic! There was no macho tough river guide mentality. It lead to a lot of fun and calm, very competent leadership.

Best trip ever to celebrate an 80th birthday with the extended family on the Lower Salmon River. The team was fantastic from start to finish, the days and evenings were fun for all ages, the food was great, and we created lasting memories. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.

Trip of a Lifetime
This was my 3rd Salmon River trip with Winding Waters River Expeditions and somehow the trips get better each time! I'm a grandmother taking a 1-on-1 trip with grandsons as they each turn 10. The trips have all been slightly different, yet all equally incredible! Food is outstanding (yet they'll customize for kids); safety is key, but balanced with fun, knowledgable and talented guides.

Once-in-a-lifetime trip
Every section of our 6 day Hells Canyon/Snake River rafting trip was breathtaking! The guide team was knowledgeable about the canyon and the rapid sections. We had great weather and fun water fights/dunks. We had a full group with an age range from young kids to seniors and I hink we all had a great time. And, the food was fantastic! I know that my wife and I had a once-in-a-lifetime trip thanks to the Winding Waters team!
