Two Dudes Fly Fishing is the joint venture of longtime Oregon fly fishing guides, Matt Ramsey and Scott Nelson. They specialize in trips that take you off the beaten path of venues and techniques. As patient instructors in all aspects of fly fishing, they look forward to sharing their knowledge with you.
Matt and Scott have fished and guided all over the world, but there’s a reason they’ve chosen to make their homes and raise their families in Western Oregon. They grew up fishing and exploring the wilds of the region and believe that nowhere else in the United States offers the variety of angling opportunities available here. Oregon fly anglers truly enjoy a year-round fishing season.
Matt and Scott are committed to providing an enjoyable experience on the river. Two Dudes is not a “numbers-oriented” guide service, recognizing that there’s more to a memorable day on the water than simply catching lots of fish. The Dudes strive to provide a comfortable, relaxed, and fulfilling day away from the noise and commotion of the daily world.
