Aboard a 2017 Thunder Jet boat with KokaneeKid Lures, Lamaglass rods and Garmin 8612 sonar, on Detroit Lake or Green Peter Reservoir. Both Lakes are within one hour driving time from Salem, Oregon. Season runs April through October. Preferred fishing times usually are 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, depending on weather and wind conditions.
