Welches makes its home along the Mt. Hood Scenic Byway. Tucked into the forest under the gaze of Oregon’s tallest peak, this little resort town is the place for an après-ski meal, a round of golf, live local music or a romantic mountain getaway. Sled the sno-parks in winter, enjoy kid-friendly hikes in summer and golf to your heart’s content.

Welches is located in Mt. Hood / The Gorge, home to the towering cliffs and waterfalls of the Columbia River Gorge and the snowy peak of Mt. Hood.

Nearby cities are: Zigzag, Rhododendron, Brightwood, and Government Camp.
