Tualatin
Just about anything you find on TravelOregon.com can be added to your own personal Trip Planner. Find out how.
Tualatin has more than 200 acres of parks and greenspaces, including the Lake of the Commons in downtown Tualatin. A magnet for power walkers, joggers and 9-to-5ers who crave a lunchtime nature fix, the Lake of the Commons also hosts a free concert series (Fridays in July and August). Also in August is the annual Tualatin Crawfish Festival, the nation’s oldest crawfish celebration (much to the chagrin of one Louisiana resident, who in 1976 placed a voodoo curse – unsuccessfully – on the event).
