Forest Grove
Just about anything you find on TravelOregon.com can be added to your own personal Trip Planner. Find out how.
Settled in 1840 and named for the Oregon white oak that once flourished on the site, Forest Grove revels in its botanically inspired past. The town’s tree-lined streets complement the graceful collection of turn-of-the-century homes within minutes of some of the region’s finest wineries. The city also boasts the two largest giant sequoia trees in Oregon, the largest located on the grounds of the historic Hinman House.
