Frogs of all shapes and sizes can be found adorning the entries to many businesses and at various locations around the city. Milton- Freewater is home to the nationally recognized Blue Mountain Cider Company and Zerba Cellars Winery. This area is also home to many prized vineyards, and is the gateway to Walla Walla wine country. The Logs to Frogs Festival each July features well-known wood carvers who compete for cash and prizes as they whittle away a design with their chainsaws.
