This 15.76-acre park is located between Hensley Road and SW 21st Street is bordered by residential developments on all sides. Access is off Hensley Road on the west and 21st Street on the east, and two access points through Hampton Point Subdivision.

The park features a half-mile, paved walking and and jogging path. Along the path is a 12-stop Health Trail outdoor fitness course. Signs at each stop explain each exercise for different fitness levels. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash.

The park offers excellent views of Mt. Hood and the bluff above the Sandy River. A viewpoint circle is located in the southeast corner of the park.

Apart from the trail and a community garden, much of the park is undeveloped and contains a small pond. The pond provides habitat for a variety of land and water animals. You may also notice that we are in the process of creating a series of pollinator gardens in the park to attract Monarch butterflies.

Please note that motorcycles and dirt bikes are prohibited in all Troutdale City Parks.
