Bill and Sandy Sanchez welcome you to The Potter’s Vineyard & Clay Art Gallery, where we are passionate about producing premium Oregon Pinot Noir. The 5-acre LIVE and Salmon Safe Estate is home to vines planted in 2001 and grown in rich Jory and Laurelwood soils. The site is named The Potter’s Vineyard to also communicate a love for hand-made Clay Art. A unique feature of your visit to The Potter’s Vineyard will be an opportunity to experience the beauty of hand-made Clay Art created in a studio at the vineyard and displayed in the tasting room. Several other local artists will also be featured in the tasting room each weekend. The owners have teamed up with local artist, Patrick Noe, to feature his Vineyard Worker image on their wine label. The Potter’s Vineyard will provide a lasting memory of Premium old world Pinot Noir and classic hand crafted Clay Art for you to enjoy.

Terra is Terrific!
Wow, just wow! First time in Oregon, heading to our bed and breakfast when we saw the sign for Potter’s Vineyard. We pulled up on a weekday to see what hey were closed. Bill and Sandy happened to be outside and not only welcomed us, they opened up shop, gave us some tastings, and showed us the property. It was like an impromptu private tasting! Terra, their lab, was most entertaining and is a great sales pup! Highly recommend for a great intimate experience, excellent wine and great company!

Highly recommend
What an amazing find! This delightful vineyard offered us 5 delicious wines to taste. They were all delicious, and the family (husband, wife and golden retriever, Terra) were so welcoming. Vino Vesai means the potter's wine because the family (well, not really Terra) has a hobby of pottery in the off seasons. The tasting room was decorated with his handywork. They waive the tasting fee if you purchase a couple of bottles (can't remember if it is 2 or 3), but this was not a problem. I bought a few different bottles. I served one to friends at a dinner party I had on Sunday evening and they went crazy for it too. If you can stop by for a tasting I highly recommend it, or we were taken there on a Viator full day wine tasting in the Willamette Valley tour. Then there was no problem drinking and someone else driving. We went to 3 vineyards and all were delightful with lovely people. Highly recommend.

Great intimate wine tasting experience
This was the first spot and my wife and my first trip to the Willamette Valley. It made us fall in love with the area. Bill, Sandy, and their dog, Tara, made the vineyard feel like the cool, eclectic (due to a collection of beautiful art) home away from home in the pacific northwest that we always wanted. It took me too long to get to this, but they also make GREAT wine. Would recommend this to any person in need of a relaxing, beautiful few hours with some outstanding wine.

Our favorite vineyard in Oregon!
We loved our visit and the wine at The Potter's Vineyard! We went to 7 vineyards during our visit to Oregon and this was our favorite for their premium wines and enjoyable visit. Bill is the winemaker, owner, and potter and gave us a wonderful personal tour. He and his wife Sandy are so welcoming that we felt right at home. We enjoyed each of their wines and ordered a shipment of their Vino Vasai Cabernet Sauvignon, Dario Estate Pinot Noir, and White Pinot Noir. We joined their wine club and look forward to enjoying more of these premium wines. We were initially attracted to the vineyard also for their offering of pottery. We were not disappointed. We purchased a piece of pottery that is now on display in our kitchen. Kudos to Bill and Sandy!
